Hellllllloooooo. Anyone home? It there hasn't been a Post here in almost 2 DAYS! It MUST be a Holiday weekend. It is difficult for a retiree to keep track of these things when a week is 6 Saturdays and a Sunday. Even though I have not posted as much as a few of you I do check up on what is going on......and to see what day it is!

Neil and Lynn.

Oh, Good....someone replied. Now I know what day it is. And a beautiful day it is. What better thing can I do but to continue working on my black tank. Unfortunately the convertible is parked next to it....with the top down! Maybe, Lynn will want me to drive her to do some shoppi..........

Neil.

Yes, but the sun can be a nusiance too. I am, among many things, plugging a leak on the roof at the refer vent. I pulled the cover off and found where the vent exited the trailer a large gap on the up side of the vent. It had been plugged with tree debris to which prevented to much leakage in the past. However, the nice rain we had (we up here get 3 times what you flatlanders get) loosened the debris. I found a large puddle in front of the refer. Soooo while I have the vent cover off I thought it a good time to polish in that area. But the sun came around and it's reflection off the trailer drove me off the ladder. Now after a bit of lunch I will pull the cover from the convertible and cruise to the hardware store. We are rural here so the cruise is all country road driving, AAAHH life is an experience...as cody bear's signature expesses.

Neil,

Wow..large puddle!!..oh, oh..glad you fixed that problem..we have to check our 'sun'roof vent, seems there's a tiny leak that dripped rain drops on our dining table last time..

It's supposed to rain here in the next couple of days and into next week, so we'll enjoy the sun for the day!

Well we're a little busy here in Malibu suffering through the 80 degree weather and the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets on the ocean. It's tough...

So hurry up! C'mon down and join us.

It's a good hot

Just hit 85 degrees here in the Malibu RV Park. even with the cool ocean breeze, we had to resort to artificial winterizing thru our A/C unit.

Rumor has it now that Goin camping has arrived the second generation M-ball will be previewed and sources close to the ice have revealed a shocking truth.....can anybody guess?

And I'm sitting here with bloody knuckles after struggling to get rid of the old weatherstripping on my compartment doors- not fair!

What's with the ice, or the new machine--- now I want a margarita- but I need tequila! Wish I had a convertible.... oh, the truck will have to do... bye

Time
Time Machine an Bam Camper won that round. 85 degrees is my style...no warmer than that. We just had a phone call from our Navy corpsman Son. He is getting settled in at a transportation (NAVISTAR) fueling station on the Kuwait/Iraq border. He reports 70 degree days.....now. A 'minor' sand storm hit yesterday. I would not for one want to be in an Airstream in a few months even if it had 6 AC's. AND that aluminum skin would look a wee bit tarnished after few windstorms.

Step away from the Cuervo. Repeat after me: "Gold Bad. Anejo Good."
