Take the 280 till it ends at PacBell Park, stop and watch the Giants play ball. You'll be in for a treat!

aaaahhhh i tried to ignore it but i just can't......all you SoCal people need to know that up here we DO NOT put "the" before our freeway numbers. So it is not "the 280" but just "280". And since this is a real Northern Cal event, sect 4 page 443 of the NorCal handbook states "only Northern California lingo" may be used in rally threads. So all you people down there, get it straight, and take 101 to 85 to 280 back to 101.

Casini delivers fire rings (half barrels) to sites upon request.

And, Kev, I am not surprised that the memories from last time are a little foggy for you. hahaha

But if you want to see baseball in October, you'll have to come down to LA.

And rare too! For your own safety, change that hat before you get to Santa Barbara.

i say fire.

i'll bring a little bit of wood, and if everyone could bring a little bit if wood, we would have a lota wood...

anyone doing the home grown organic thingie? i am. i'm green. it's true.

9 Confirmed

Everyone post your arrival day and I'll include that on the rally list. I may take 2 days off and arrive Thursday but at this point I am scheduled for Friday arrival. This rally is growing fast. I am really happy that so many Socal people are willing to make the long trek up. Very cool! Now we need all those far north people to come on down like last time. This group keeps growing.

Karin, I see we are neighbors. cool. Looking at the site map, looks like Casini is getting us all together although anywhere in the full hook-up section is close enough.

Casini Rally List..........Site #.......Arrival Day
Big Dee......................132..........Friday
Coastalview.................131..........Friday
BamCamper................139
Luminati......................130
sequoiacoast................128
Kevbo..........................140.........Thurs
Roscinante...................129
str8strm.......................148
Timemachine................147........Friday

NOTE: Everyone will need to make their own reservations. When you call Casini, ask for a full hook-up site and tell them you're with the NorCal Airstream Rally. Then post your site number so we all know where you are. Everyone should make their reservations ASAP if you want full hookups. Casini is huge, so there should be no problem with late reservations but they will be limited to no hook-up sites away from the group.

Call Casini Ranch for Reservations: (800) 451-8400

Greater-greater

I'll be there in time to welcome Kevbo! I'm not sure exactly where just yet, but you can bet your bippy I'll be there. Probably be up on the grassy knoll or elsewhere on the perimeter. Having a 32 footer I was discouraged from beachfront site because I would block to much of the view for others. I'm good with that, Will I be the only one with a doorbell in their rig? Tim geez I meant greeter-greeter and yes I'm bring the stealth plane and the spudder, will get approval for both

Very nice....I hope, hope, hope that the rains will stay away.
I haven't read through all of the postings, but are we going to do a movie night? That was one of the highlights at the Lake San Antonio Rally (we won't bring up the potato launching debacle... )

Keeping Score. 9/30 Good Start.

seeing how i have no life, other than bothering my peeps, i printed out the casini "site" map, and using my yellow highlighter, am marking each spot reserved for our group as they are posted. kinda like keeping score. i agree with Mr. Big, that the west end is being nicely filled. let's email or call our friends and "egg" them on.

so Mr. Big, please call cam. we need more teachers.

where is cody bear? i know there on the road, but please check in, we all miss you, and besides they have that fruit cake, and we'll need It at the next pot luck to anchor one end o' the table.

who else? where's are other independent cowgirls? i'm not feeling the love here. someone call them or email or send smoke signals (please not next to the wood pile).

and gee's it months to the rally. gosh, if ur not carefull, someone might touch us, and we'll burst into flame. ACK!

I am looking for CB also. She is supposed to make cream puffs for the 4CU Rally. Paula, I think between 50 and 75 will do nicely!
