mr. n ms. str8,

cool on the chino support...

the SFV unit of the WBCCI and the South Coast unit of the WBCCI got together in chino. someone invited the times, the goin campins and kevbo10. that won't happen again... i don't think they know what to do with us... BUT we knew what to do... were highly trained AND fun...

so anyway...

our special family had cocktails, snacks, interesting conversations, played corn thingie alot, went out to dinner for ethnic food (and two bars w/ ta-kill-ya... a lot of...) and took the tip on Flo's for breakfast (flo's is AMERICANA, to die for... we even had the banana cream pie after breakfast).

i did my first caravaning on the way home w/ the goin campin all over place family, and well, we all had a great time. so the blurry pics of the campings is me driving w/ one hand n shooting w/ the other... from the 210 to the 118... oh, and flashing our SFV signs...

yes this is off topic.

whats everybody doing to prepare for casini?

kevbo

Post some pix of the new Airstream when you get a chance. Glad to hear you got it out for a "not sure what we're doing" rally.

If you have at least two Airstreams, it's a rally.

Well Ed went to a kid's birthday party at the park today and practiced stuffing himself with pizza and birthday cake that hit the ground to gear up for rally potlucks.

Someone who hadn't seen him in a while said he had gotten a bit wider...nah.

Ed is such a party animal. I bet he looked charming in his little party hat.

Hope no one mistook him for the pinata. Ouch!!!!

Sequoiacoast, It was great meeting your family at the South Beach rally. We are planning on attending this rally as well. I will be looking forward to hear how you fixed you breaks when that comes about. You guys have done a great job on your trailer. We had a couple of this have problems on our trailer. I'm thinking on starting a thread on maintenance after restoration. We all know the job is never done.

YAY!!!! I was hoping you guys would come! We really enjoyed meeting you as well- as did my daughter!! She was too funny, I think she went to alllll the tours, while I ended up missing quite a few.

I'll bring the oven, if you're ready! Let me know.

A new thread, on those pesky "I thought I fixed thats" would be great. I've just re-caulked 2 windows for like the 4th time.

Tuesday: appt. for the brakes, still feeling a little pessimistic.

Earthguake ZIN- Lodi Appellation

Old Lodi Vines, yielding supreme
Like ancient volcanoes releasing their steam.
Danger is present,felt but unseen
Vines of such power, such high self-esteem.
Intentionally hostile,purposefully bold
Nice not an option when truth must be told.
Energy captured,awaiting release
Zinfandel Vines,the great seismic beasts.
Instilling such fear,a risk few will take
Nothing prepares you for the Zinfandel Quake.

Well, we didn't want to hijack the thread, but since you guys asked. Here are a couple of pictures from this past weekend in the 'bu. This was the "see what isn't working trip". All in all, it did pretty well. We'll miss you at Casini Ranch.
