Our first rally!
We will be joining all the aluminums in Monterey!
Just could not make it to the Baja, Uwe had planned,
will make it with our newly purchased '66 Caravel.
Need an address or an email to send funds.

We're hoping to be able to join, but Friday is last day of fiscal year for our company, and work may trump part of camping event...

Really looking forward to run to Canada and Oshkosh in July, and hoping curtains and mini-blinds arrive before departure date...

This Econo Lodge is close to Laguna Seca and very easy to get to from the park. Take a right turn out the gate, take a left on Blanco which turns into Sanborn Road. The Econo Lodge is on Sanborn. Salinas (vs. Monterey) motels will have the best rates in the area. Hope this helps.

I was debating the Motel 6 but I'm not sure. We stayed at the EconoLodge once when my husband was working down there for a while. We'll see as the date gets closer.

Besides if anyone's shower goes kaput you can come shower in our room!!

John, Friday night sounds like it's out but how 'bout Saturday? Saturday night will be a lotta of fun so try to make it! It will make a nice break from your year-end work activities.

For all those that are getting ready for your summer trips, here's to good times on the road! I am outta here myself in two weeks for a round trip through the NW. If we pass on the road, I'll be waving! Bon voyage, everyone!

We will taking our first trip as a couple, as we just married May 8th.
Looking forward to taking trips all life long.

fabofabo, Congrats on getting hitched! We will have to give you two a toast on Saturday night "to a lifetime of Airstreaming together."

And a big congrats to Jack and the Midwest crew. As I write this, 26 Airstreamers are having a lotta fun at the Midwest Rally. You guys set the standard for Forum Rallies and hope we're half as successful out here. Can't wait to hear how it went and see the pictures.

Hey You All,

I'm outta here in five days for my big nine week sweep through the Pacific Northwest. I can't freakin wait. Won't be online much unless I find a internet cafe somewhere.

So if you were going to make a reservation (please do come), make it before Saturday. Or just wait 'till end of August. I'll be back on the boards, trying to rev up interest in late August.

We spent the weekend there a few years ago attending the historic car races, there are some hilly areas and some flat. We are a short drive down from SF. We should be able to make it, we have to be in Oregon the firts week of Oct.
I have a '85 270 that I have been restoring the last3 years, time to show her off.

All right everyone, I'm back from my epic 3,000 mile Northwest trip and man, it was awesome! Lovely trip with no mishaps, thank god. The Silver Palace performed magnificently!

Anyway, it's time to get serious about the fall. Come on you Californians, lets plan to rally! I've got four confirmed reservations for Laguna Seca so WE NEED YOU! Yes .. it does sound nice. Too bad we are due to be in Arizona on November 1st.

Hey Big Dee et al. Hello from Portland! The for-sale sign goes up in front of my house tomorrow. My plan is to hit the road ASAP so keep your fingers crossed that the house sells quickly. My first destination (in my lovely '75 Tradewind) will be to visit friends in Pacific Grove so the timing/location would be perfect!!! This would be my first rally

PACIFIC GROVE??? I will look forward to seeing your trailer in town. I live in PG, its small enough I am sure I will see you. (And maybe at Laguna Seca too).
