We have just booked P10, thursday-sunday arriving late.

If anyone must cancel from the inner or outer circle, would they please shoot me a text? It would be nice for the grandchildren to be somewhat closer to Granma in the inner loop. Otherwise, I suppose we will be hoofing it the distance...

Time to stir up thread as 23 days to early arrivals [Thur.] I will bring chips for Fri. dog nite, maybe onions and pickles? I plan to come Thur., Penny hasn't worked out yet but going to Mo. June 4 for bro. birthday party and family coming from Fla. and? I suggested driving to Mo. then coming to MV Fri. Also. Jack do you have count how many are coming?

Going to try to roll in on Thursday afternoon. Got the usual gear....projector, screen. You still bringing the audio Chris?

What movie are we gonna watch Jack? How about an updated list of attendees? I know that Norby is suppose to join us this year. I can't recall what site he has but I believe it's on the lakeside loop.

Will def. have chips & onions for Fri nite dogs. No one has posted any extras for Fri. and Sat. pot luck. Now 9 days away for Thur. arrivals. Would be nice if posting foods for pot luck so won't be duplicates as at this time no one has any idea what others are planning.

We will be bringing Boston Creme Cake, and Turkey Swiss Sliders for the potluck meal.

We will be arriving Thursday afternoon and leaving Sunday.

Sorry for the lack of info. Got stuff going on here, lots of doctor visits with Patty and I just got down to the trailer today to do an initial checkout. If the fridge is cold tomorrow morning when I pick up the trailer, we know that we should be okay. Bought a new water filter this spring and lost it. I was planning on putting it in today. Thankfully Walmart carries it via the Internet site and they will have a new one waiting for me at the store on Monday. Old filter was almost covered over with Moraine View sediment!

Here's what I see so far. If any of you have corrections or see errors let me know and I'll get it cleaned up. We will get there Thursday.

As noted everything is in the first post. Still doing the Hot Dog Fest at my site at 5 pm Friday. Open house for trailer tours if you wish on Saturday starting at noon. Pot lunch dinner at 6 pm, with the movie around dusk. I'll get the food list started tonight. Nothing planned for Thursday although it looks like many will be arriving then. I'll post a link to the flyer that you can print out if you wish. I'll try to print some copies if the printer holds together.

Obviously I'll supply hotdogs, buns, plates, plastic silverware, napkins, bbq sauce, ketchup, mustard and relish. If you want to bring anything to share, it's up to you.

I have a new hitch jack so there will be no failure like last year. That really bummed me out! It broke just as I was lowering the trailer to the ball as we were getting set to depart.

Anyone still wanting to come there are some first come first served sites in the D loop. So if you can get there Thursday, you should be able to find a site reasonably close to us. Check the campground map link in the first post in this thread.

We set a few tables together to sit the pot luck items on. You cook at your site and bring the items to the tables that we pull together. Some tables are for seating and others will be for the food. We try to do the potluck in an area that we will also set up for the movie and it all depends on space, condition of the area etc. It's definitely inside the F loop probably closer towards the lake side of the loop. Here's some pictures, one of the seating and then another with the food. We try to get some shade! They key is coordinate your cooking and preparation so we can get the food out at around 6 pm. About 5 pm or just before we will get the guys together and we will move tables from our individual sites to the gathering area. Once dinner is done and the sun is getting set, we will move the tables back to the individual sites and get set up for the movie. If all works well we start the movie at dusk and will be sitting in the area of pot luck. When we work together it takes no longer than 15 minutes to grab the tables and 15 to put them back at the individual sites.
