Remember there are no hookups, no water spigot and no dump station. There is a state park on the way back to Columbia called Finger Lakes. They were very nice last year allowing us to dump without charge on the way home.

I am happy to do chili Saturday night. :-) It sounds like the weather is going to be perfect for it and I think Alice and Roger are doing chili Friday.

See everyone on Friday afternoon.

We do the same thing and have the same set-up.

When we traveled across Kansas on I-70 last month I was amazed at how many rest areas had dumping facilities for free. I didn't see any in Missouri however.

We should be there by noon or so.

I have enough ingredients for a double batch of scones Sat am if someone wants to conribute a second DO.

Also picked up a jar of Amish apple butter. And, I have bacon.

See y'all soon.

Suck in the shop waiting for FedEx... Tracking says it's on the truck for delivery, no idea when he'll be here. Can't leave until he arrives. Crap. Save me a spot...

Maggie,

I'm happy to contribute DO #2. I think there will be several there, you can pick your favorite!

Not sure what time we will arrive. Not much left to load and we are making a few stops on the way. (Lp, camping world, bass pro!) but looks like it is under a three hour drive. Probably early late afternoon!

Kathy is preparing Chicken & Dumplings for Saturday nights meal.
I have "dry" firewood to contribute and Smors for a snack.
We will be headed North around 5:00 pm and arrive just before sunset.
T.G.I.F!

Cheers

Will hold off and come up tomorrow. Both of us have been sickly and the cold rains not helping.

Friday Night Update

Nine units parked so far. We had a nice potluck and the winds finally died down. Now some rain showers have moved in to scatter the folks enjoying the evening campfire.
