Thanks for the offer, we do have a couple of electric heaters that we will be using. They do a pretty good job, we used them in early April when we first brought Felix home and started the remodel. I recently took the old furnace apart, found a couple of items rusted away, so am contemplating getting a new one. Saw two for sale recently on E-bay from a place south of Jackson, MI one was $395.00 (20,000 btu) the other was $250.00 (30,000 btu). Funds at not available at this time. Bought an electric tongue jack instead.

Just thought I'd let everyone know that Lorrie and I (actually just me) decided to pull out of the Mothball Rally today. I have too much going on at home and work at the current time and getting the trailer ready for the Rally was getting to be an additional stressor that I just don't need right now. I hope you all enjoy the Mothball, but Lorrie and I will have see you all at next years LPPI Rally.

I talked to Wagongirl at TCT in Milford and she said they did not add their name to the Mothball rally. They will not be there either.. Just to let everyone know...Come on gang lets get more signed up for this one!!!

Have fun at the rally all. And Ralph be good and watch that recipe! Sorry we can't make it. We have had a delayed start but we do finally leave tomorrow for Door County Wisconsin for some bike riding and walks along the shore. Somebody give Uncle Buck a hug for me, Laura I leave that task to you.

Well, it looks like we will not be at the rally this coming weekend.
Lou has been working 7 days a week, 13 hours a day since Labor Day weekend.
His project will be done at the end of the year at this plant so he wants to get all of the OT in that he can. After this project he will be back on a 40 hour dayshift work week.
We will miss all of you guys.
Sorry for the short notice but Lou did not find out that he was going to be done at the end of the year until yesterday.

We have just got back from a vacation in Germany, visiting Family and drinking lots of beer at Octoberfest.

Our Trailer is up north and we are going up there the weekend of the rally so we will not be able to attend. Have fun and be safe.

There goes our gold star for perfect attendance.

A few of the people who have said they were not going to attend, this weekend were never signed up on the rally & event calendar page. List still shows 10, but now with Lou and Candie backing out, that should leave 9 camping rigs. Unless people are not updating the list. Renee and I are still going, food and martini mix have already been purchased, still need to get some beer, maybe some bourbon also seeing as we have one empty bottle and two almost empty. Felix should have the new electric tongue jack in place tonight, if I get home from work before 10pm. My neighbors like it when I put the noisy tools away by that time.

We're still going, gonna miss ya Lou. Anything planned for Saturday nite or are we just going to wing it and enjoy a good fire? Either way, I'm ready to go camping.

I am back to work operating a crane at troy beaumont hosp. working 10 hrs.a day. Might have to work sat. but I doubt it.
I guess the union hall ran out of certified crane operators and they are letting the retirees work without penalty to the pension. We will see how friday goes, but right now, we still plan to attend.

Why is it us old retired guys are still workin? My old place of employment ask if I wanted to come back, with a brand new YARD JOCKEY.(trailer-mover) Young guys just wont show up fer work. I told em NO THANKS! I hear a lawnmower callin me. Thats my retirement business. I thought I retired 3 yrs ago. Now U see what thought did.LOL
