The sign is DONE!

Here is the MS-Word template I promised all of you.
I know it is not the greatest artistic embellishment you guys have seen but it is not bad for an engineer!
All you have to do is to select the text in the text boxes for the name and trailer info and put yours in place of mine.
If you have trouble or you do not have MS-Word, email me and I will be glad to do your sign for you. I will bring it with me to the campground.

Thanks Lou. Great graphic. I like the cool retro look. I was able to change the text, no problem. Good job!

Nice Sign Lou,
Now I just have to print it out.
Where exactly are you guys meeting Friday am to start your caravan to Irish Hills and when? Maybe I will meet you there.

Good thing an engineer did it, because it is done and it works!

I have not gotten any specifics fromAndy Neumann but it looks like we will be meeting right off of I-94 and Gratiot Ave.
If you guys are coming over from Sarnia you will pass right by there!
What time would you get to the Bluewater Bridge? It is about 45 minutes to an hour from there. Easy on and off too. Or we could link up via cell phone and you could call us when you are near there and we can hop on the ineterstate and you would not even have to stop.
Drop me an email or you can call me on my cell: 586-604-6689.
As a matter of fact, if anyone here has any questions or just wants to chat, give me a call.

Yeah, too bad I did not do a "Go Fast" on it. It would have taken three committees and two weeks to get it done.
Does it look "GMS compliant"? Make sure you hang it with four pushpins or four pieces of 3M Scotch barnd tape!

Well, the trailers are little older than I wanted but....
I am not much of the "Donna Reed" generation. I really am not much of the "Brady Bunch" generation either. I guess you could say that I am "The Cosby Show" generation.
I do love my 70's trailers though!

GoFasts would go much faster if we had beer while we were doing them!
Plus you could get more people to come to more meetings if you had beer.
Maybe you and I should go around all of the campsites and put down white tape indicating where everyone should set their coolers so we could find the beer easier. Label the tape "BEER" like we do with all of the junk on the plant floors!
Hey, maybe you and I can get on Socrates and "Write Rick" and tell him that our suggestion is to have beer at all of the meetings. We could start a whole new inter-corporation campaign and give it a slick name too. Something like "Beer for better-built cars and trucks!". Of course mine would have to be "Beer for better-built 6-speed transmissions!"
I am sure we can brainstorm something out at the campground. Sort of like when Henry Ford and Thomas Edison would go camping! What a hoot!

Rick doesn't strike me as the beer type, now Bob Lutz would probably say "Hell yes" to that idea.

Rally Update

Here's the list of confirmed attendees:Please speak up NOW if you are attending but NOT on this list!!!!!! We have as of now hit 24!!!! If you have somehow been left off of this list, don't fear! You won't be left out! We can get in four beyond that but they won't be IN the group area, just next to it. And the sites are first come, first served. But please let me know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, so I can make sure Apple creek has the extra spots we need.

Pot luck

I need everyone to verify their addition to the potluck because we need to fill in the holes. What we have so far:

Lou: Left over Chicken???
John Aystrm2: Chocolate caramel turtle cake from the Dutch oven. Maybe Brat's too.
4201: Sweet Corn
Wagon Girl: Cheesy Potatoes
BigAl: Strawberry Triffle, also bringing a Weber grille, could grille dogs and brats?
ITOWAIR: Claudia's baked Beans
Crowbar: Dutchoven Side Dish
Happy Campers: Sweet potato Casserole and maybe Pecan Pie
Tin Sista: coconut/pineapple rice with some Vernors and vanilla ice cream

Hey that's less then half of you! Speak up everyone!
