We will not be there AGAIN this year. You would think that one of these years it would work out. Kelly just started a new job... so no vacation this soon.

Plans for Hell
Hey kids... What is the plan for the AF Hell weekend?
I seem to remember open house and cocktails on Saturday during the day and a pot-luck Saturday evening. I also recall bringing some prizes for a raffle during the pot-luck. Is there anything else that I have forgotten?
Just trying to cut down on the amount of last minute nuttiness that goes along with a big event weekend.
I'm sure we will forget something!
See you kids Wednesday or Thursday (we are shooting for Wed.).

Friday night- Weinies and beans provided as you arrive
Breakfast potluck? Do we want to do this?
Saturday morning- activity for children if we have any!
1:00pm Saturday afternoon- Progressive open house and cocktail party
6:00pm Saturday evening- Potluck and raffle (Please donate an item for the raffle to offset the rally costs. For example, I have a Thermacell and a string of Airstream lights for the raffle)
9:00am Sunday- Breakfast provided
I have word from the campground that we only have 16 trailers registered.
