Hi Rhonda,

Danielle and I will be at the Antsy & Troubs shown in Elizabethtown on July 28. The weather in July is much more conducive to camping. We may stay at the KOA again.

Any word on the Metro Detroit dates yet. I looked back through the last several posts and didn't notice a specific location/date. If it's the weekend of August 18 we may be able to join you.

Camp Dearborn would be nice . and what about some of the other state parks, also might check out Walter J. Hayes State Park in the Irish Hills area. WJH is a great state park with lots of amenities and camp sites. About 20 minutes west of Indian Creek

You know Larry you read my mind!
I was talking to someone this fall that really likes it there. He said it is owned by some yuppie bikers and they just put up a pavillion and they also have an awesome pool. We had some concerns about the possible horse smell a few years ago but I forgot to ask my friend about that. He goes there alot so I can't imagine it would be a big problem. We tossed around the "Metro Detroit goes to Hell" rally around a few years ago. I think it might be time. I need to get ahold of them though and see if they are fair on costs

I knew there was a Hell, MI but I never knew where it was. Now I do. Turns out, I pass by Hell often. As a matter of fact, I will be near Hell most of next week!

Looks like a nice campground. I know the area. It's not too far off of major highways and only about 30-45 min north of the previous location. I'd vote for it. I might even be able to fenagle a work trip prior or after the rally.

I'd go to Hell in a heartbeat. Need to know the dates, tho. Looking forward to meeting Region 4 folks for sure. Heading to Almumapalooza this year too. Just put up a rally notice on the calendar for Aug 2-5 up by the Mackinac Bridge called Exploring Under the Bridge. Have 15 people confirmed so far. I hope this one comes together later in the month. Hells bells! I went to Hell on Halloween one year and they have coffins and decorated hearses and really ham it up. Lots of fun.

In that vein how about "Hell on Wheels"?

August would fit in with our vacation plans. Had fun last year lauching the sky lanterns-so much fun I am ordering some for our summer campouts.

Those pudding shots with Hot Damn would taste even better in Hell. Kathy, Hell on Wheels works for me.

True facts:
Bill Gates is worried about the day Chuck Norris' computer crashes.
When Alexandar Graham Bell invented the telephone, he had 3 voice mails from Chuck Norris.

Hey Ya'll...
I have been hearing about this thread, and I finally read it all.
So its fire wood, hot damn, a harmonica, buzz, woody, and a stage in Hell.
OK, twist my arm...

No date yet. As I have already said the campground is not open yet and I have not gotten any response from my email to them.

I got lucky today and got ahold of Tony at Hell Creek Ranch Campground. The rally is going to be held Aug 17th-19th and he said we can start making reservations starting April 1st. Just tell them that you are with the Airstream rally and they will keep us together probably in sites 20-39. The sites are $30 and are water and shared 30 amp electric. The website for the campground is www.hellcreekranch.com
