Ah, Jess, I'm going to Key West in two weeks, and one of my FAVORITE breakfasts - I get it every year there, is Eggs Benedict made with Lobster! And instead of lemon juice in the Hollandaise, of course, they use - yes - Key Lime juice! Oh, yes they do!

But ya' know, in a campground, ordinary eggs and such do taste pretty good on their own!

Hi Larry,

We are still in the planning stages but it is looking like everyone is leaning to the weekend of Aug 20-22. One thing we do know is it will be at the KC Campground in Milan. When we get the dates nailed down with the campground we will post it with more information on the rally page. You won't want to miss it! A great time is had by all!

For all those on the fence, it's not to late to join us to see Antsy McClain and the Trailer Park Troubadours this Saturday in Cincinnati. It's looking like a mini Metro Detroit get together with Bill, Elaine, Tom, Steve, Dan, Dawn, Laura, Hillary, Dave and I!

We reside in Traverse City and would like to attend your Metro-Detroit Rally in Milan. We prefer August dates you specified.

We love company. We look forward to meeting you at KC Campground. You will have a good time and meet lots of nice people.

Michigan folks are also invited to join us at the first NOVAfest in March! We are holding our opening rally at Jackson Center, OH....at the "mothership". We are hoping for a little warmer weather. Are you adventurous??

Welcome FOX.

I think they are going to shoot for August. Dave and Rhonda will get in touch with the campground when they open. We will know soon after that. A group of them are out for the night at a concert. ( I think that was tonight) I am sure you will be hit with a bunch of "Welcomes" and "come on's" when they get back to the thread.
Last year was our first Metro Detroit rally and it was a great time!! Just enough things going on but also some just sitting time round the fire. The campground is kind of "non de script" in a good way and we kind of took it over last year with aluminum.

Great to have you, cant wait to see you on the road!

Bev and Roger welcome to the mix! Going to the factory is a really cool exprience. And meeting all these Airstreamers in the area and some from much farther away will be a lot of fun. Glad you are joining in.

We just got home from an awesome trip to Cinci. The concert (according to Antsy) was the best show of the year and we had our own Airstreamers section at the show. We will post pictures in a little while.

Beverly and Roger, Welcome Welcome! The Metro-Detroit Forum Rally is always a great time as you can see from the people here that are already welcoming you and providing the information in our absence. This is one of the best groups around! Stay tuned in here for details as they unfold and I really hope you can join us in August.

Ok here are some pictures from our first stop of the night, the Hofbrauhaus. We met some new friends at our table and did a little chicken dancing on the table. And of course drank alot of beer!
