Red face More new people coming!

Hello to everyone..

We have been entertaining the thought of joining in with this merry crew..
but are owners of a smal buiness that we can't leave for too long, and also developmentally disabled special needs son who lives in a facility in Chicago. Well, guess what.. he won not one but TWO Special Olympic gold medals and will compete again in Bloomington, IL on guess when..June 12th.

**** It's FAR too late to get Holiday Inn reservations, so now we're at Moraine. COOL! We get to meet everyone! But please do not hold it against us or think we're anti-social if we disappear for Saturday! We have to go root for Eric, even though he is often embarrassed to be seen with us.. parents are so uncool at times, ya know..

*************************

I am really looking forward to thatweekend. we have a vintage '67 Ambassador and need to get away from here.

Did anybody ever think of using name tags with screen names vs. real names.. because I, personally, will be at a big loss as to who is who!!

TLC,
It is a Starstream, not an Airstream. That as in Starcraft, Starstream Pop-up. I will have my WBCCI name tag if thats OK.
Overlander,
Kewl, I have been through there four times. Now I have even more reason to head out that way.

For those of you who didn't attend last year, I handed out self stick name tags that you wrote your name on. Most of you wrote your screen names and real names on them. I'll check but we probably have leftovers from last year that I can bring with me. This really helps a lot.

Jack, I suggest that you just print them all up as "Jack Canavera". That way none of the rest of us will be embarrassed when we get arrested in the park. We can just all claim to be Jack Canavera, and show our sticky-on name tags to prove it!

You don't have a problem with that, do you?

Roger

Latest update.

Confirmed Sites 5/19/04

Ok here is another update. I just got off the phone with the campground and there is one reservation where the person did not send in enough money...whoever you are they left you a message on your answering machine.

OK it looks like it was you Tom. That takes care of the missing person. This changes the count to 25.

Still time and room for you to join us at Moraine View State Park.....and don't forget about the Mackinaw City Mi. rally. Come north for cool north breezes in a beautiful setting this July. Check out this rally also!

If we bring our "Blue Magic", will someone help us inspect the exterior of our AS, tell us what is good or bad about it, and then show us how to begin brightening up that aluminum skin? No, I'm not asking to get the polishing done (hee, hee-if I ask enough questions, maybe a panel might get done???), just some starting help, in person! Thanks. Also, we want to find out about how to fix up the trim strips. Some of ours are pretty ragged in places-looking for suggestions. Hope all you experts can share your expertise with us. I can read and read, but I think I need to see this stuff done in person to really get the picture.

Called the campground today, sent in the extra 4.00 dollars for the reservation .
Am looking forward to coming to the rally in June and meeting everyone. Hopefully Tom will have the new counter on in the kitchen ,as of now he told me not to look at the mess. See everyone soon.

OK, $25.00 tires $uc&. Camera battery died so no picks of the crappy pop up.

But new rubber is better than old rubber????? Even if it is "Design in Tiwan and made in China" ??

I can't sleep right with $25.00 tires. I'm going for the $50 Goodyears, just not worth the risk to the family if something goes wrong.

flamingo-kid1,
I have your CD and will deliver it this weekend. If I live that long......
