Tracy, PM me and we can discuss the cost and other detail. Then we can come back to the thread with some info.

i tell ya ...

... i'm not getting anywhere NEAR a toga that isn't designed by vera wang or ellen tracy (for when i'm feeling informal) or ....... ok...... i'll take a look at the Tracy Lawrence line. a slim, white, silk shift with darts might work. 6" above the knee please, and a V back. not quite off the shoulder but threatening to be so...

I do NOT step out of the trailer in anything that doesn't look smashing. so let that be your benchmark! no worries!

Toga???

I have a friend that dresses up his guitar when he goes to costume parties.
He dressed it up like a spaceship for our Meteor Shower Defense Drill.
It was a green for December 12th St. Patricks Day. But it just looked weird
on Prom Night and at The P.J. party. We all said " EEWWWW'.
Anyway , I was thinking. I wonder what my mandolin would look like in a toga. Mandolin Dave

Big Mistake

What a stupid idea. It muffled the sound. I am such an idiot sometimes.

I can't believe that there is someone out there that is silly enough to make a statement like that, try it out, and admit that it didn't work.

I'm crazy like that....we'll get along so well MD!!!!

Humor

Humor is usually based on stupidity or misfortune. Self deprecation is
the most polite way to be funny.

P.S. It's ok to make fun of a house color tho.

No, Jack... let's be PERFECTLY clear here. "WE" didn't create anything. This is entirely YOUR doing, Dr. Frankcanavera! We WILL of course, take full credit for all of the nice things that will happen, but we will ALL point the finger of shame at you when this goes horribly, horribly wrong.

On that note, folks, should any of you encounter the local Gendarmes while in Moraine View, just tell them that you forgot your ID, but your name is Jack Canavera, and you're from St. Louis...

Perhaps we should all get sticky name tags for the togas with the name "Jack" on them...

By the way, wasn't Tracy Lawrence the chair of the debauchery committee this year?

This is gonna be an interesting rally!

I'd be careful though Roger...Jack and I are bringing our tool boxes......not even Tracy's voodo will stop that keyless entry from becoming a Safari option!

...parenting is hard...

All sorts of events can be used to illustrate a lesson -- I took them to a hockey game, and had a bit of trouble explaining why a fight broke out before the game even started -- told them that all sports have traditions, and fighting in hockey seems to be part of the game, and went on to explain all sorts of situations when it was not appropriate to do such things, especially in SOCCER (which the older one plays). This was harder to explain because they are both in taekwondo, and during tournements they get to fight their classmates. Since then, I have caught the older one watching hockey on TV, and worse yet, NASCAR (oh no!!!).

This camping trip sounds like it is going to be full of such life lessons...

When they ask, should I:

1) Tell them to be quiet and make sure they keep their 'Jack' nametag on straight?

2) Tell them to ask 'Uncle Jack' what 'debauchery' means?

3) Tell them that people with slide-outs do not have room for regular clothes, so they wear togas, and we wear them too so they do not feel so silly?

4) Send them to Tracy for indoctrination?

Any other suggestions?
