What kind of dog?

I'm asking for a reason. I'm DYING to go to this rally, but Brett can't take that much time off with all the other rallies we have scheduled.

But I'm not allowed to go anywhere overnight unless I take our dog with me. See what I'm getting at?

Edie... you are more than welcome to attend. You just tell that ol' meanie Brett that you're going and that's THAT! I'm sure that among our now twenty intrepid campers that we can find you a safe haven.

All we have to do is figure out where you can bunk...
Let's see, Jack is the main conspirator here, he won't do... of course, we can rule Eric out immediately... we don't have enough room, we only have a 34' trailer... Tracy's trailer will be full of voodoo dolls and stuff... ummm let me think about this... I'll have to get back to you...

Roger

good question. i picked her up in costa rica a year ago. she was mostly fleas, worms & scabs but after a little veterinary care she appears to be all dog, though only a one-eyed one. She's small, about 35 pounds, jet black, and very pretty & social. She has a dance-y way about her, elegant & sleek, with kind of the dainty look of an American Eskimo (if they were black). Huge ears and purple spots on the tongue (chow?)... oh wait. You probably weren't asking me to drone on & on about my dog's various good qualities. You're wondering about guard-dog capabilities? Scant. But you need a new hole dug to China? She's yer gal.

The vet says there's no way of picking out breeds with a lot of mutts because, if you mix dogs the world over altogether, you get one of two things: a brown dog weighing about 35 pounds, or a black dog weighing about 35 pounds.

Dogs

We bring our dog (a boxer) everywhere we go. It's never a problem, as long as we keep her on a leash. (she's not a barker either).

Panub,
glad to hear you're not a barker. Barkers get on my nerves. Awoke to the new renter next doors dog barking at 5 a.m.....I'll have to explain him about the noise disturbance laws around here......

Oops, off the topic.....so...to keep it on topic....um....

I find Barking children to be peculiar (sp?). Kind of like a talking dog. So, that's cool with me. As long as they don't wake me up at 5 in the morning

They bark during their Taekwondo practice...at 5 A.M.

..it is best just to let them finish...they love to turn practice into reality to those...who do not let them finish...

Do not worry, I will make sure they leave the swords and spears at home...you know, the kind with the curvy blades...but then again, with some of the comments I have seen so far, it might not be a bad idea...

They like splitting firewood, without tools...that makes the most noise...

TinCan, aren't you in the spot next to us?
