we will most likely have our four footed travel companion. Looking forward to a great weekend. Will someone recap any events our meals we are planning. We are new to rallies so not sure how structured we will be. We live close so if you have questions about the area please let me know and I will try to answer them.

I see 18 registered units...That is the largest total group we have had. Hope that means we are on to something!
I actually towed my 31 yesterday for the first time. Down the driveway and back up again. I realized I can't see a thing since its uphill backing in, but managed to park it right under its shed cover with 6" on each side. Phew.
I didn't know if I had it hooked up right, such a newbie....Now if I get a brake controller installed, and one more brake light fixed, and check the umbilical again, and set up the spring bars, and so on....getting there.
Should be ready to camp in a few weeks though.

Alan, I think we might make this one. How many spaces are left (especially for our big 35' motorhome?)

Pot luck

Seems like at church things just work out, but maybe a theme might help people get in the spirit. My wife is a baker so we will try to make sure that there are some sweets to snack on and I have a blender so margaritas and daiquiris will be available. Sounds like some guacamole and chips are in order. Is it time yet??????? Country ham bisquits will be on the menu in the AM.

Sounds like the K9 isn't a problem, thanks everyone. And I'll take you up on that coffee, ColdExpresso! I'm so tickled that the oven works in my TW, so I'm going to do a little baking too. How about some Fresh Apple Cake, in cupcake form for portability, then probably some Baked Feta & Artichoke dip with something to dip with. There will be a breakfast casserole of some sort on Sunday. I'm still thinking and should come up with more, provided I can get my fridge to get cold. I'm just looking forward to being in the great out-of-doors, not on call, no pagers, turn the phone off, a peaceful lake, the smell of autumn leaves, put my feet up . . . .yeah, I need this.

Steve- please call the GA Mountain Fair as I believe the are lots of spaces. Its a matter of fitting a 34, but as I recall if you get an off the lake spot they are fairly flat and your rear can hang over ( nothing personal).....

Because we tow a 34', I checked out the sites when I was at the campground recently. I marked off the following sites, which would be candidates for a longer AS. Like someone else mentioned, your rear end may be hanging out there on some of these: 31, 35, 37, 39, 45, 46, 48, 51, 52, 53, 77. Some of these are already taken, but at least it is a start when you call the campground. Site 66 is a pull-through, and site 59 I have circled - I think that means it was a candidate as well.

Hope this helps.

Great, I'll call tomorrow. It's looking like we're going to make this one. Suzanne is running the Columbus Marathon the weekend before so I'm sure a little rest and relaxation is in store.

I've been able to get the 345 into some pretty tight spots before...no problem hanging my rear over...as long as the other campers don't take offense
