Change of plans. Doyle (Protagonist) and Renee will not attend after all.
Second time in a row that I've had to cancel a reservation at Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds. Maybe it's just not meant to be.

My apologies, we do not have C-8, we have B-9...it's a premium site on the point and has a clear view of both sunrise and sunset. I'll be cancelling it tomorrow if no one is interested. Wish we could make it and be part of the fun.

So there has been some discussion about food but few confirmations. Is anyone going to bring corned beef and cabbage? Just hopeful.

Storm came in quickly. Quite a light show for a while, but conflicting reports of severity, with Tornado Warning as a worst case.

A Great Rally...thanks to everyone!
We had a great time and it was great to see our old friends and make a few new ones.
Evidently, a tornado touched down at Top of Georgia Airstream Park and the number of trees on the ground was breathtaking. Should have taken pictures but I think Matt has some.
Looking forward to October!
P.S. The picture was taken by Samuel Sanders, but it's goin' viral....incredible display of lightning on the lake last night.
