Help
If anyone is comming in on Friday and have a short trailer or RV and interested in seeing if you can pull in to stop A30 it's a good spot except when I got here my 31 foot would not get in as the rear would drag. The problem is they let me move to another spot last night but if no openings today with a cancelation we will have to drive home as there are no other spots except at the boat ramp with out power or water. Too cold without electricity . There are spots open Saturday so it means moving three times. Grandkids comming today and ticked we my have to go home. Signed up long ago but several are staying one day just for the concert. O well.

Dress warm y'all it is supposed to be 26 degrees by 7am tomorrow and 35 at brunch time. Keep in mind freezing pipes etc.

Well the problem is solved. My wife went by and talked to them. I guess it just took a woman's touch if you get my drift. The staff did work hard to work things out. Apparently one night is not permited except on concert night so I guess they switched the one comming in to our original spot. Anyway all is good now. Again thanks for the help. PS bring coats.

glad to hear that Gene. Yes I plan on layers! It will be sunny tomorrow but not really warm. We will have to warm up with food and drink and fun. We will head that way about 3 expect to arrive 5:30 or 6.

Cold? I guess so, since we just got a notice to disconnect our water to avoid a broken pipe, valve or hose. $100 "maintenance fee" if broken. Guess I'll do it and turn on our pump.

We had a good number participate in the informal "Friday Evening Happy Hour Gathering" at the shelter on the hill. We started at 5:30 pm and continued until 8:00 pm.
We shared: wine and cheese pairings; cheese and cracker selections; bacon wrapped smokes sausages; finger foods; various wraps; a number of different dips and chip combinations; best ever pizzas; malt beverages; adult beverages;and we all met a number of new friends.

we missed the Friday get together, but have enjoyed all day Saturday. The brnch was fantastic this morning, tour of homes was a pleasure...lots of great campers to see.
Dinner is coming up in an hour and then gift raffle and music jam. Doesn't get much better, and it warmed up a whole lot today,,,Yeah!!
