I'd be in favor of the pavilion, too. It worked well in the spring. The sign in the window is a good idea, too.
I was planning on printing up a data sheet for our rig with the year, model, unique features, and vital stats, etc. and posting it next to the front door and I was thinking it might be good for each to do the same and attach it to the window or beside the door so we wouldn't have to repeat that info every time someone came, or if we were out, the visitor could read it and then know if they wanted to return later to see the inside when someone was "home". Perhaps we could keep that info in a smaller format, maybe 8-1/2X8-1/2, so that it could be attached to a larger 8-1/2X11 uniform sign that would be recognized by all attending.

Tom, don't forget to also include brand name...
If you work out a format that you can share, maybe you can post it here to provide uniformity...

seems like that is the favored choice, although my wife sure likes the idea of staying close to the trailers and using folding tables and such...whatever works!
I will make up the window form ( in MS WORD) you can display and add some line for pertinent trailer info. I can post it here or on the Southeast.ThisoldRv.Com site depends how it works..

I will make a form up to post that you all can print out, and bring some extras to the rally.
Anyone got anything to donate for the give away?

Yes. Sue and I are donating a string of party lights. I will have to dig them out and post a pic. I don't remember which decoration is on the lights.

Raffle Donations
For raffle I've got two brand-new women's Old Navy Airstream Graphic Tee's ~ an XL and XXL. They run a bit on the small side, but heck, they have Airstreams on 'em.

We can contribute an Airstream photo album - and I think (if we can find them) a string of AS lights.

Hey Camperski, is that the only road you've got to Boone?
I'd be wanting rock guards about now.

Eric, my buddy that helps with the Airstream from time to time, has a pink T-Shirt that says simply "Chicks dig pink". It gets a lot of laughs in a crowd.

I haven't been to Old Navy for an Airstream T yet because I thought they were lady's T's. I know I'm stereotyping the color pink, but actually, I have a pink tie and a pink shirt or two. The fashion police say that pink goes well with men's skin complexion...wait a minute, who said that. Maybe a trip to Old Navy is in store (pardon the pun).

Carefull, these are "womens fitted tee's" and the term fitted means what it says - TIGHT........ I don't feel there is any chance that a man could fit in one of these.
