Hey Alan, does the motor home in post #1915 look familiar?

It is the Airstream Sightings thread. I don't know why the link didn't work. Maybe I don't know how to embed them properly. My first attempt was to quote and paste into this thread but that didn't work so I copied and pasted the address. That seems to have not worked either. I have seen links that go to just one isolated post in the referenced thread, but don't know how it's done.

Anyway, there is a post with photo from England in the post that sure looks like the 280 that you sold to someone in England.

I'll try one more time:

Silly me, I had copied and pasted a link from another thread to send in a PM and seems it didn't get copied over when I pasted to my post above.

Now that is cool! To see one that was special after moving on to a new home is great! I just sold one of mine and think its new family will give it tender loving care! Afterall, they found her on the forums!

I thought she looked like the one you had. It's great to see her again.

I emailed the poster and he said the owners had just bought it from the people I sold to. They then went and put gas in the water tank by mistake! So they are now cleaning all that out.

Joel and I are going to have to bow out of this one. There are two other events in October that have popped up and we don't have enough room in our schedule for Falluminum this year. We it's a beautiful weekend for everyone! See y'all in the spring.

I just called to cancel my site, so A-21 just opened up if anyone is interested!

We reserved A22 today. The only "A" sites now remaining are A4 and A21.

Perhaps, we'll finally attend this rally.

We will bring the kayaks as well. Hopefully, I won't have to swim after one (unlike our last camping trip). Or maybe I will. I seem destined to get wet at most rallies.

You know the best thing about swimming at a rally? Eating some dutch oven bread pudding or pineapple upside-down cake afterwards.

That's a hint. *** You know who you are. ***
