Don't have any cabbage patch babies here that I know of. Could have been some created out behind the woodshed? We're on Lookout Mountain in Georgia about 20 miles or so south of Chattanooga, TN. We're just a stone's throw from Cloudland Canyon State Park.

Well, we're bringing MY parents this time! Last fall we brought my wife's parents from the UK, and I think my mom wants the same camping Airstreaming fun....

Anyway, We're in A27 and A13. Looks like we'll be bringing Shotgun AND the Silver Pickle! If anyone wants to swap a space so I can park my folks next to us, let me know. I checked with the campground and they said that they could change it for me, if I have any volunteers!

See you guys in 2 months! (I getter get the toilet done in the Pickle!!)

We had one of our first Rallys at Cloudland. Beautiful place! Just not a great layout for a Rally. My wife Shannon almost broke her ankle on the trail to the waterfalls...had to take her to the ER, after almost having to carry her up the trails.

Last year we had our Jeep with us and bikes. We found it was faster to walk to the beach. The traffic outside the park was backed up for a mile or so trying to get to the beach. If you have the time come up to our rally Oct. 1 -4, 2009. Or we will see in a few weeks.

If you think it is worthwhile, I set up a Georgia airstream group on LINKEDIN a good way to send short messages and keep in touch kinda like twitter.

Joel and I are going to have to bow out of this one. There are two other events in October that have popped up and we don't have enough room in our schedule for Falluminum this year. We it's a beautiful weekend for everyone! See y'all in the spring.

I just called to cancel my site, so A-21 just opened up if anyone is interested!

It is the Airstream Sightings thread. I don't know why the link didn't work. Maybe I don't know how to embed them properly. My first attempt was to quote and paste into this thread but that didn't work so I copied and pasted the address. That seems to have not worked either. I have seen links that go to just one isolated post in the referenced thread, but don't know how it's done.

Anyway, there is a post with photo from England in the post that sure looks like the 280 that you sold to someone in England.

I'll try one more time:

Now that is cool! To see one that was special after moving on to a new home is great! I just sold one of mine and think its new family will give it tender loving care! Afterall, they found her on the forums!
