I found a good place to get clear static cling. I put my WBCCI emblem and numbers on with that. That way I can move them from one Holiday to the other. I didn't think about names, good idea. I haven't been doing this long enough to get with the program quite yet.

My Airstream becomes a pub with the right beverages. A different ambiance than some, better than others.
Not as good and authentic as the one I was in last May;

After looking at the forecast for this weekend in Hiawassee I am wondering how much fun the canoe would be. I was looking forward to bringing it, such a pretty lake, but I may consider some other form of recreation instead. Food? Adult beverages? Football? Music? We are really looking forward to meeting everyone and putting a face with some of these handles!

We're not bringing ours either. Cold and wet just don't seem to go with an aluminum boat!

Alan,
I'd be happy for you to use my Holiday for demonstrations!

My 69 Overlander could benefit from a bright spot too.

Smile We're going to the concert Sat

Because of the weather forecast, we decided to get concert tickets for Saturday night. The only $25 tickets left are in the last row, but we got in row L (let's see A, B, C . . . ) the 12th row of the $35 seats. I forgot how many great hits they had made.

I used to know the answer to this, but have long since forgotten. Is there WiFi available in our area this weekend?

I think the antennas are on the bath houses, so the closer you are, the more likely you are to connect.

Bad news or life happens

We have had to cancel due to my daughter having pneumonia and we have her 14 month baby.
Also our friend Mike Sprinkle has come down with the flu-the double whammy so we will have to miss you all. On the upside that's two openings for others.
James and Regina, as soon as I can I will email you some basket pictures.
Hopefully, things will work out and we will see as many as possible at the Can Opener.
Lois. gosh I hate that we won't get to meet you, maybe this winter in Florida.
Hope the weather is wrong and you have a wonderful weekend.

Alan, yes I need a techie to help me with what I am sure are 3 very newbie issues. Need generator advice, need help getting my stinking propane tanks unhooked (1 is in desperate need of refilling!) and I have a screw loose (this is not a joke) and need a pr of hands to "stabilize" whilst I tighten the bathroom mirror back up. Disaster/ER nurse-give me a compound fracture any day of the week, I'm ur gal. This propane hookup has to be no more complex than that, right?!?!

Jim and Susan-I have an air card if you need wifi and cannot get it. BUT, I'm still stuck in D4, even called yesterday morning again and area A was all booked up. Hank and Lois must've gotten Dannie's spot. Dannie, I will be praying for you and yours. You are definitely where you are most needed. I'd love to see basket pics as well, tho! And will call to see if that other spot of Mike Sprinkle's is still available.

I will be arriving later this afternoon as well. Hopefully something will open up in A. Looking forward to meeting some Airstreamers!

Susan
