I am hopeful all this positive attention will encourage SF to reconsider her "Can Opener only" stance.

Also, we discussed something dutch oven using muscadines.

Peer pressure is great!

With that - I'll add that I will be in the Persian Gulf this October where I feel I will be safe from harm rather than in North GA for the rally after that last comment. Have fun ya'll

You can run to the Persion Gulf, but you can't hide for long. You might well pay for that comment at the Can Opener.

Missing Another Great Rally

I have refrained from posting in this thread, not knowing if I could make it or not. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend this year's FALLUMINUM rally. I hope there will be lots of pictures posted by all attending. See you in the spring (hopefully).

3 Dog Night Concert Tickets on Sale 09/11/09

I just checked the Ga Mountain Fair web site, and the tickets
for the 3 Dog Night Concert on the 24th go on sale this Friday.
Prices are $25 and $35.

Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds: Hiawassee, Georgia: Country Music Capital of Georgia

They have Wille Nelson coming in the following Saturday, Oct 31.
Willie tickets cost $10 more. Think Willie will park his bus in the campground?

Now Willie I would go see. You suppose we can hear them from camp? Be nice to sit under the awning, have an adult beverage and reminisce. Gosh they look as old as I do, and still have hair!

Hey guys, can I wimp out and ask if there are any more spaces available for this? Also, are the dates still Oct 23 to 25? Just trying to avoid reading the entire thread.

We MAY actually be able to come to this one with Airstream in tow.

Jim

Woo Hoo...we're on the 3rd row and just over to the side from the center. It's always reassuring when you have good people in front of you!

Looking forward to the whole trip!

That's why we reserved the site next to you. Being not good people and all that comes with it.
