Sounds like a great place for Fall or Winter. How far from FDR?
Warm in July?

Not sure if I'm answering the right question, but Blanton Creek is roughly 30 minutes from FDR.

I'll be checking with the gang to see if we can make it. We've added 2 more to our group! So we're getting hard to miss when we go anywhere.

just got back from a LONG trip over to see the UK grandparents. Time to catch up with all the posts! Is this still everyone?
The grandparents are really excited about camping in our little one for November. I hope the weather will let us bring the boats! I guess we'll make that call closer to the date, eh Ted?

I've been lurking on the Falluminum thread and noticed some interest in a summer rally. Any chance you want to have a rally just west of Charlotte, NC? Antsy McClain and the Trailer Park Troubadours are performing August 8 and 9, 2008. If there is some interest we can start a new thread.

We need to figure out a way to heat the seats...hummm.
Working on a 'new' outboard, will post after installed.
Is really different, far out and old.
I plan to tow as of now.

For us the Charlotte area will be too far with 4 dollar a gallon gas
I was hoping for Hartwell or something close. But that's just me.

I agree: nice look.
A long time ago (in relative terms), I thought you were contemplating (dreading?) the possibility (the necessity?) of a green awning.

well our problem is the two nice zipdees on the other side are green(!). I was originally going with a green stripe, but did not like the look it was too bland.
Soooo ...now who knows. Maybe we will re-cloth the zip dees when find an awning. Sure wish I had the one off my Sovereign.
The blue is still present on the opposite side, what a contrast!

Gas here is cheap! We were paying $10.40 a gallon for diesel in the UK. That makes you think twice about even moving the car out of the driveway! ha!

You can only look at one side at a time .

My wife Shannon says the same thing, as long as it is on opposite side no one will notice. I say yeah ...but the blue side is soooo ugly.

look what followed me home
Alan,
haven't been able to log on to No. Ga. can you check? And yes this followed me home today, shop not built yet, construction starting next week. This 55 Airfloat needed a home though. Looking good for the fall rally, we should start apearing on the map this week.
