Last time we did a shared breakfast brunch 10 am Saturday (this could get moved to Sunday but it was a nice meet and greet)... and a a pot luck dinner at 6 Saturday evening.
Friday is on your own....

We usually do a Tour de 'Streams'.... at 1pm or so Saturday for those who would like to open theirs up to inside peeks. Its a fun few hours.

OH YEAH! If anyone can bring items to raffle off, I give tix out at the breakfast/brunch Saturday morning. We have had some fun stuff in the past. No raffling off your spouse though.
