Got a later start than I wanted. Last minute trailer issues. I'll try not to wake anybody up.

Met some great folks here already. Now if we could get some advice on proper deployment of the awning!

Thanks, Chuck for the pictures. Nice to see what we are missing. Recognized Sandlappers rig in one, I think.
You guys have fun. Next year........

The campground has allowed a large 5th wheel to occupy sites A23 and A25 on the access road directly in front of our site A21. A23 and A25 are sites along the edge of the access road where the trailers park parallel to the road. The photo below shows the big 5th wheel parked directly in the road in front of our trailer with slides out and not enough room to drive forward out of my site, even in the truck without the trailer. We talked to security who suggested we squeeze by the 5th wheel even though there isn't enough room to squeeze by it without scratching the truck and trailer on the bushes along the opposite side of the road. The other option suggested is to try to pull the truck and trailer forward up to the fifth wheel and back down the road. Allowing a large rig to park along a narrow access road is inexcusable and suggests the park administration is clueless at best or incompetent at worst.
Word of warning - don't ever book site A21 and don't expect any help from this park administration if you have an issue. The attitude in the front office at checkin, and when making reservations on the telephone, wasn't very friendly. This is a nice rally (our first time) but the campground leaves much to be desired.

I agree! Thanks to Alan and Shannon for all their hard work and to Lucius and Danielle for hosting Antsy. Maybe he caught the bug and will buy an Airstream now that he's had a chance to sleep in one

A great weekend, over too soon. Looking forward to April 10...The Antsy McLain set was the highlight for sure.
Thanks to all the chili makers, table bringers, and for all the great fellowship.
