I'd like to add... for the pot-luck be sure to bring appropriate serving utensils for your dish and if the item you made requires cutting, slicing, tossing, etc. be sure to do that before it's time to serve the meal.

Thanks

Get in line early, those in the back get slim pickens. The food is good though. Jim

If everyone will take it easy on loading the plates it would be helpful. There will be a lot of people waiting for their turn.
Not wanting to be hard on the kids but...they need some supervision. My wife and I both work in very large Elementary schools, we know of what we speak.

Enough said.

We are going to split up the food lines so there will be 4 passing through. If anyone has a folding table, rectangular or card type please bring it as we will need extra room for the food.
This will speed it up for everyone at both meals.
Also for brunch if you are able to bring a casserole, egg dish or something besides donuts and breads that would be helpful. We will be happy with whatever we get though.
As always it works out well.

Hi Alan,

Four serving lines makes good sense with a crowd this large. I've asked some friends if I can borrow tables. I'll let you know in the next day or so. Otherwise, I have portable saw horses and a few pieces of wood that may do the job.

I'll bring plastic tablecloths for all serving tables on the lines. Makes clean- up much easier.

Do we need a large coffee maker? I have a 40 cup coffee maker - never been used. I don't drink coffee or know how to make it. I can bring the pot if someone wants to be responsible for the coffee and coffee making. Just let me know.
