Who's Adam?
Does your Martin have an electric pickup? We try to play together each time but things sometimes don't turn out as planned. I love to play and usually have to be coaxed out of just playing all night.
At the Saturday evening gathering and meal, Alan (AlanSD), Ron (PizzaChop), Brad (NilesRob), Mario (ColdEspresso) and I have played using Alan's PA system. I bring a couple mics and stands also. Brad plays percussion, Alan plays guitar and sings, Ron plays guitar or bass and sings, Mario plays acoustic guitar, and I play guitar (and sing harmony/backup). Music includes much classic rock, some country, some pop and some blues.
Looking forward to the Rally.

It's been a while since I've been on here! Sorry for the delay in updating the map. Have I missed anyone? (I'm only doing section A, btw. the campground is huge!)

Hey Alan I think that trailer is you. You would be the talk of the rallies for a long time.:-]
I just had to put my 2 cents worth in. See you in October.

I'll have my 4 yr old granddaughter with us. She is the "official band groupie!" Plus she wouldn't like it if the Moho pulled out without her. Don't ask me how I know this!

I was fortunate enough to be able to sit in with my keyboard with these guys at the Springstream rally. Don't let anybody kid you...these guys are good!

I have spots 23 and 25, they put me in those since there weren't any of the longer spots available. She said there are some spots for 20 footers.
I would love to jam, I may just sit back and watch for this one and see if I'm up for the challenge. I have a Dean Markley pick up. I also play the bass, but I won't have one with me on the road;-( (I'm more of an intermediate player, so it's nice to have chord sheets... ) If you want female lead or harmony on anything just let me know, I love to sing;-) I play for fun, and I don't want to miss out on my music just because I'm on the road...
This is sounding like more and more fun!!!

You were no slouch on the keyboard either Stan...
You all knocked out of the park last time.

I have thoroughly enjoyed reading all the messages on this thread. We bought our trailer in Americus, Georgia, but didn't get the opportunity to stay in the area long. Top of Georgia is still on our list of places to stay. We still plan to visit Georgia someday and your Fallaluminum looks like a great idea. Maybe in 2011?? Have a great rally this October!

Esp. since no mention on condition of axles or the subfloor, if they are both in good shape then it may be worth it. If you like overlanders there is a 63 for sale in mcdonough on craigslist but looks like a fixer upper.

Stan, I figured that you were just a professional ringer sent in by Nashville to make us feel bad that we couldn't keep up with you.
Will you be there again? Please?

While you wait for Falluminum 2011 you might consider attending Springstream 2011. This is the Spring version of Falluminum with many of the same people, same campground, and a great time.
Alan usually starts the Springstream thread towards the end of the year.
Perhaps you can join us then.

Of course, there is also the CanOpener in Destin FL, usually scheduled the 1st weekend in January that doesn't include 1/1 (Fri, Sat or Sun). (You can see the 2010 thread here: http://www.airforums.com/forums/f288/2010-can-opener-55516.html). (Here is a link to a photo gallery by Bandits: http://picasaweb.google.com/meingelt...at=directlink#).
Here is a link to a thread with a video from Chief: http://www.airforums.com/forums/f288/canopener-2010-video-60133.html.

We have 5 reservations for sure in October. 2 Spartans, 2 Yellowstones and a Shasta. A few new faces for everyone to meet. We were wondering if we are still having a pumpking carving and a trailer decorating contest. I remember all the kids having a ball. Look forward to October!
