Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately, I just got back home (been at the hospital most of the day with my mother in law). I will call tomorrow and ask them.

You can probably still get a site for the weekend in the other area of the park (south side of Route 76, no sewer hookup). That's where I am booked right now since the Airstream area was full.

I am just trying to get closer if I can...

Phil

Read- 4 tires, new taillights, new mattresses. We will not have a fridge, LP gas, water. Well, maybe water.

Roughin' it after the 80 Excella!

Here are some of the photos, from finding it to where I am with it now...
Alan, we have a portable fridge that you guys can borrow. It is ample size for a weekend trip, it runs off of 12 volt or the supplied 110 to 12 volt converter. This way you can run it on the way and when you get there, switch to electric. You can use in upright or chest type configuration. Come pick it up so you can pre-pack or I can bring it with me when I come. Email me and let me know. It sounds like you have the essentials!

Thanks, G

Thanks G, if it's no hassle for you, we will throw what we have in the cooler and then transfer when we get up there.
I am not buying a fridge until I try to burp the Dometic, but is looks like a big job to get it out, so I am not scheduling that until after Falluminum. Seen some nice small 33" fridges that should fit well for $120-150 ..of course electric only.
We have come a long way but have a longer way to go yet to get the trailer up the way we want it.

It's time for my usual question. Is anyone else bringing kids with them? We'll be bringing 2 boys, ages 2 and 4.

I made the mistake once of talking up all the new friends we would be meeting and it turned out that they were the only kids... not good

We are bringing our 4 (almost 5 and well seasoned rally goer) granddaughter. She has already packed some of the halloween decorations to bring.

Hi all:

Our family has regretfully decided to cancel our trip to Falluminum. There have been some recent unexpected expenses here at home due to the sickness of a pet. So, we've opted to save the money traveling to GA and leaving a recovering-from-surgery dog in the kennel.

It appears from post #179 above that it is possible to designate a new person for a cancelled site to go to??? If so, I will be happy to do this for whoever wants our site. We have site C10 (lakeside). I'll give it 24 hours for people to post here / PM me and tell me they want the site. If there are no responses then I will just call and cancel my reservation tomorrow evening.

Have fun. We will be missing it.
