We'll bring a cream cheese and cracker dish for Friday and a potato casserole for Saturday. The bird house sounds wonderful, please count us in. We have been in Branson last week at a time share and this week at ABC Campground till Thursday at noon and then moving over to Compton Thursday afternoon. We drove thru Compton last week and it is beautiful and woodsy. I'm sure the good company will make it a fabulous location! We are really looking forward our first rally. This is our first long (for us and Susie Q) road trip. Lost a hubcap and amber light lens on the way down. Hope we aren't completely naked by the time we see you. Not bad for a 38yr old girl! We are much older and have lots of dents ourselves. Springfield - take care of yourself, I had the same situation 2 years ago and it's tough. We'll be cheering for our Royals tonight!

We might like a birdhouse if there are enough supplies, if not we will just watch and take notes. Bringing spinach and artichoke dip with pita chips for Friday night. We're leaving in the morning, should be there about mid-afternoon.

Man alive am I beat!

I have been running on all cylinders getting the supplies packed and the Airstream ready for the trip tomorrow. Gotta go to work in the AM, but I am hoping not to be "kept" for additional work in the operating room. I hope to leave work in Branson around 1300, head to Ozark to grab Collin at school, swap out the car for the hooked up trailer, and head back to Branson by 4 PM. Maybe I'll be much earlier, but you never know. Still have to finish loading and hook up the stream here shortly.

My trailer's exterior is going to make all the others look great seeing how dirty it is and needing a new polish job. At least the interior is in good shape!

Updated food list!

Hey Steve,
The earliest we will be there is 6 - but don't wait for us - if we don't get to eat our hummus on Friday we'll bring on Saturday.

Should we bring firewood? Are there rings at the campsite? Let us know...Lois

I'll be bringing several tubs of local firewood (seeing as how we're not too far as the crow flies-you just can't get there from here)

It's been awhile since I have been at the north park and I cannot remember if they have fire rings. I have already packed our propane fire dancer to use if we need an alternative. ..with no smoke!

Yes on the fire ring (at the end of the loop), box grills at many of the sites and wi-fi and cable hookups. Didn't try the wi-fi last weekend but someone mentioned they had trouble getting on. North loop may be a little "out of the loop"

We're the first ones here at North Compton Ridge. Rolled in late last night. Looking forward to meeting you all. This will be our first rally. Hope I got the location right. The lady at the desk didn't seem to know much about where I was supposed to go.

If there isn't one at colaws there are plenty of RV spots in Branson that probably have what you need. If you need to use an oven or cooktop and you cannot find the part.... our trailer is always available to

Im at the park along with 2 other streams. To make it easier on us, everyone should come straight to the north park and pick a spot to camp. Once you decide on the spot and unhitch you can head over to the South location and conduct your paperwork. This will save everybody at least one trip.
