We'll be bringing our 3 year old daughter.

By the way, we would be happy to bring something for Friday and/or Saturday's menu. Still trying to figure out what, but if there are any gaps in the menu(s) let me know.

Hey schkube, it really is your choice in what to bring to the potluck. What time do you plan on arriving, and that will help me help you figure out what to bring.

We are shooting for 4-5pm on Friday. If nothing comes to mind, that isn't a problem. We just wanted to make sure there weren't any obvious gaps we could help fill.

Thanks!

Our ETA is 12-1 PM Friday coming from KC

I have enough aluminum to make ten bird houses, I have most all the things we need, to do that much.

Friday hot buttered popcorn? Dutchoven Zucchini nut bread.
Saturday night smoked Hamhock and beans with Dutchoven cornbread.

Wow do we have some great sounding dishes for Friday and Saturday. I have updated Friday and Saturday food lists.

Friday Night Mixer
Soldiermedic-Nachos, and Summer Sausage.
Twinkiemand-Cheese and crackers, Cocoa/Tea
Loislane-Chips and Hummus
Zweihigh-Deviled eggs
Macs-Fresh Fried Potato Chips
Indy-Dutchoven Zucchini nut bread or Hot buttered popcorn
Mount'n Man-Cupcakes

Saturday Night Potluck
Sams-Sweet Potato Pud'n Cake
Soldiermedic-Low Country Shrimp Boil (Shrimp, Sausage, Corn, Potatoes, Onions)
Mount'n Man-Dutch Oven braised barbeque moose dish
Twinkiemand-Chili or Walking Tacos
Macs-Dutch Oven Meatloaf
Isadora-Butternut Squash Casserole and Granny Smith Apple Tart things
Loislane-Fall Salad
Zweihigh-Bananna pudding
Indy-Smoked Hamhock and beans with Dutchoven cornbread

Indy, is there something I can bring to allow for a couple more bird houses? Would like all who wish to be able to get one.

How about a swap meet on Saturday afternoon at the pavilion? People can trade their wares and offload stuff they no longer use or want. I have a BAL trailer leveler/stabilizer jack that was used one time when we had our old 53 flying cloud. Stuff like that.

In regards to the aluminum birdhouses, how many want to assemble one?

the 14"X10' roll of alum material was found at the Restore Store, cheep!
The alum is a roll of roof flashing, 14" wide I cut it down to 14"X14"

I have only ten pieces if we need more ?
I made 12 wooden bases for them, just not the alum.
The trailer tounge is made from 3/8"wooden dowl Or any stick will work, WD and sway control NOT REQURED.

And yes we would do this at the pravillion How about 1:00 or pm sat? Or what works for the majority.

Let me know how many, and we will try to make what all is needed!

I'm in for a birdhouse for sure, but if we're running low on materials for the group, I can just take notes/make a template.
