Eaton Rapids Air 2019 will be September 12-15, 2019 in Eaton Rapids, MI.

The theme will be: the 1950's! We'll be rockin' around the clock!

What is Eaton Rapids Air?
Eaton Rapids Air is an Urban Airstream camping experience that takes place on Main Street, Eaton Rapids during a weekend of fun-filled events. For Airstreamers, you'll be camped out in the center of it all, and events are open to everyone! It will be a great time to build community and draw attention and bring support to the small town of Eaton Rapids, MI.

If you're an Airstreamer, register to camp downtown.
If you're not, be sure to stop by and visit for a day or for the whole weekend. There are a number of great places nearby to stay!

BONUS: Because of the 1950's theme, if you attend with a 1950's Airstream, we'll have a special gift for attending!

What is the Mission?
Socially, within the group of Airstreamers, it brings a group together that might not otherwise find themselves together. Common interest in Airstream brings together a like-minded, though eclectic group of individuals. While it's no secret that Airstreams have gathered in large groups for years, it's the philanthropic mission to highlight small towns across America that sets Urban Airstream apart. When landing in any particular town, we have become a vehicle that drives interest in some of the greatest little towns that are, all too often, only driven through. Each town has a story, and our goal is to get those that are just driving by on any given day to stop and hear it.

Urban Airstream is a unique urban camping experience, where we shine a spotlight on small town America by lining the streets in Airstreams. Join us to "Aluminate Downtown" by getting to know the community, frequenting local businesses, supporting the local community centers, and drawing attention to everything the town has to offer.

Activities include shopping, dining, kayaking, concerts, campfires, and more! Best of all, it’s all for charity, and everyone is invited!

This was by far the most enjoyable Airstream Event that I’ve attended! The town is wonderfully gracious and truly roll out the red carpet. The entertainment, the food, the atmosphere.... Weather was perfect, and looking forward to 2019.

The 2019 Edition of Eaton Rapids AIR was so much fun! A beautiful little town with great pubs, restaurants, and live entertainment. The staff, always helpful, involved, and engaged, really made the event, particularly Chad and Lindsey. I know of 2 AirStreams already planning on returning next year!



Thank You, to all the locals that came downtown to look at the trailers and talk to us, to all the merchants that put up with us, and to the municipality for hosting this event.

Agreed! Such a great event! I still haven’t managed to try all of the restaurants in town, but I enjoyed what I think might be the best burger I’ve ever had at Darb’s Patio...

We will definitely be back next year!

Hello All! Does anyone know whether there will be an Urban Air event in Michigan this year (2020)? If so, when? I know that there is one scheduled for Logan, OH but I have a schedule conflict and am hoping that there might be one in Michigan, too. Thanks so much! Happy New Year and happy travels!!!

There is going to be one in Eaton Rapids 2020. The Theme is Hawaiian but I don't know if the date has been set yet.

My wife and I signed up! We wanted to try one of these events. The one in Logan Ohio we had a conflict with so we are off to Michigan!

Go to the town's website. They are handling signup. My wife did it. She's out right now and I don't have much more to tell you. There is very little info on the event itself. Not sure they even picked a theme yet. But the form is online at Eaton rapids site. I will look now.
