63Silver and I have talked to the camping people personally and they have taken at least 7 reservations in our loop.
According to their website they are "Closed for season from mid-November to mid-March" so we should be good to go.
Besides -- at my age, we dont call it crazy - just charmingly eccentric...
;-)

The campground is closed from mid-november to mid-march. But I won't call you crazy. I like to have never found where it told when it opens. digger bear Thanks for the information. I believe that we can meet those requirements and throw in an airstream. Hope we can make it. Only thing stopping us would be that my daughter plays softball. We will keep our fingers crossed that she does not have a tournament that weekend.

This sounds like fun. We have brought the Espresso Wagon to the lakes before and in the spring it is wonderful. It looks like Springstream dates won't conflict.

ColdEspresso,
Sounds great! There are still several more spaces open in the rally area. Hope to see you in April.

"It looks like the best sites at NB would be B001-B007 and B011-B026, B019-B026 are pull through. "
I believe it is called the Middle Fork campground. It is the main RV campground at Natural Bridge.

Yep...we likely to be under the white stuff too. We are planning a trip to the Smokies this season just don't know when.
Middle of May is the earliest we have been able to de-winter the last few years. Keeping our fingers crossed.

One member asked if it would be OK to bring their Silver Streak.
Our rules are as follows:
1. Ability to relax
2. Have fun
3. Share the view that life is essentially a wonderful thing.
Looks like they will fit right in!
Come on down and enjoy the Blue Grass State!

I'm coming on over!
Since I'll be just east of that area anyway, Dogwoods and Bluegrass sounds like a good way to round out 3 weeks on the road. I've got B14.
Can't wait to meet some new friends and maybe see some old ones.
