For you guys from Kentucky.
Since I am from Canada I assume I need a special fishing license if I want to wet a line.
Could one of you give me a head's up on what I need to do?

Kentucky is beautiful ANY season. Wish we were retired and we would go with you. We are originally from KY and IN. Family has 500 acres in Breckinridge Co. We visit at least once a year. While you are there, check out Bardstown and see the outdoor drama 'My Old KY Home'. We did two summers ago and it was a beautiful musical. The state park there is very nice. Many other very nice places to visit. Have a great time.

You are right, Kentucky in the Spring (or Summer or Fall) is beautiful. We are really looking forward to this Rally and making many new friends. If you can make it we would love to have you.

All of these are in Powell County (where Natural Bridge is) but I don't know their proximity to the campsite.

I'm real amateur. I usually use spinners or spoons.
Sometimes real lazy and just worm on a hook.

Is there any criteria that has to be met to attend these rallies? We are new at this and have just recently bought and AS. We have a friend that is also interested in attending.

Our ruberic involves:

1. Ability to relax
2. Have fun
3. Share the view that life is essentially a wonderful thing.

Might be a good idea if you owned an Airstream but we probably would overlook that provided you met with the first three points.

Seriously, it is just some folks looking for an excuse to hang out for a weekend and get to know each other-- I hope it does not become much more organized that that...

As of this moment we have no real events planned but you should expect some sort of a shared meal, story/joke telling campfire, possible show and tell on AS problems and fixes, and maybe we can talk Alumitube into pulling together a BBQ cookoff throwdown. More on that later.
