We will be bringing some pork shoulder (BBQ), a fruit salad and side dish. I assume everyone will bring their own plates, cups and utensils.

We'll be coming in as soon as we can after work Friday (hopefully I can get off a little early!). We will definitely bring something for the potluck, just not sure what yet. Work has been very overwhelming for me, too, so I am sorry not to be on the forum more!

runningbarre - is pistachio fluff that green fluffy stuff with the pineapple bits in it? If so, I am your new best friend!

Digger Bear - your rally has gotten awesome!!! (Okay, awesome-er - it was great to begin with!) Hi to Mrs. Bear! We can't wait to see everyone! And Steve, Amy and Collin - can't wait to see you that week at the house, too!

Susan

getting excited....just got back from the storage lot.....solar panles are charging.....battery is charged and we are starting the packing list. We are still up in the air about what to bring for the potluck. No-bake cookies for the young and "young at heart" for sure and probably anti-pasta kabobs or something from the dutch oven. Looking forward to our first rally! Will arrive sometime Friday.

We would normally bring Armadillo Eggs (Slice of Jalapeno and cheese cube wrapped in Sausage and then smoked), but we are wanting to stay light in our travels, and bringing the smoker isn't in the plans. I'll figure something out, or maybe I can get alumatube to bring her smoker that I made her. Then it will work. If not we'll bring a salad and fixings.

There is definitely no need to be concerned. We are too far out at this point. I usually decide the day before we leave when I wander through the grocery.

I have taken the liberty to compile the list of items people said they would bring.

Friday
Digger Bear - Some Beenies
Rhonda – coney sauce, onions, ketchup, mustard
Ike_T & aturner4u - turkey dogs, smoked sausage (or maybe italian sausage?)

Saturday
SKY - Jarlesberg Cheese & Red Onion Spread & Crackers
DanB - Belgian Waffle Maker, Batter, Syrup
63Silver - Veggie & Meat (BBQ)
gregth - TBA
Mouth012006 - Shrimp Jambalaya and Chicken & Sausage Gumbo
Rhonda – Dessert
Airedale – TBA
BigAl – English trifle
Tsunami – Mexican cornbread, pasta salad
63Silver – Pork shoulder (BBQ), fruit salad, side dish
Runningbarre – cheesy potatoes, dessert (pistachio fluff?)
Alumatube – TBA
gregth – no bake cookies, anti-pasta kabobs or something from the dutch oven
scf32 – pasta salad, bunch of rolls
soldiermedic - salad & fixings
Ike_T & aturner4u - veggie, possibly grilled chicken legs? meat of some sort...

Does the campground have free WiFi? Is there anything I can bring for the Friday Night Dinner?

My experience is that there is usually no wifi at state parks.
