The Dogwoods & Bluegrass Kentucky Rally 2010

When: April 15-18, 2010

Where: Taylorsville Lake State Park Campground

It is OFFICIAL.....we may begin making reservations!!! We are planning to arrive on Thursday afternoon April 15th and leaving on Sunday the 18th. Sites are available in these areas 021-040, 001-010 and 041-045. We should begin filling the 021-040 sites first. According to last year we had 39 trailers that were interested with 26 making reservations. I believe with the central location of this rally we may fill this park as well. The park has offered the pavilions for our potlucks (we have to pay if we use electricity). Personally, I thought it was nice last year not having to worry with fees or dues and would like for that to continue this year. We are working on a graphic and will post a new rally thread soon. If you want to, go ahead and make your reservations at Campgrounds and Camping Reservations - ReserveAmerica. Taylorsville Lake State Park Campground.

OK, the DandB Rally has been added to the rally calendar on the opening page. Please go ahead and sign up if you are planning to attend. So far I have received 10 messages from those planning to attend. I would love to see us fill this campground!!

We are officially attending. We have signed up for site #32.

Dan, I am sure that Larry will be out there holding the flashlight for ya' if you don't beat us to the park.

We can't sign up for this rally seeing it is so far away, and we don't know what lies ahead at that point. For some reason I thought this rally was going to be at Land Between the lakes which would be much closer. While this one is an hour closer, the park may not have space when and if we can attend.

As a side note, we may be moving to Fort Knox this July, and will plan to host some additional rally events once we arrive in the area. Just because we move doesn't mean we can't still host our annual 4-5 events.

I was unable to attend this rally last year because my AS was not road ready yet. However this is definately on my radar again. Sounds like I missed a great time. Keep this thread posting and hopefully we can make it 2010.

You will love it!! We had a great time last year and we met a lot of wonderful people. As time gets closer we will create an agenda and plan our potlucks. My wife is planning some activities for the kids. If you have any suggestions let us know.
