May I make a suggestion? Since many people will be preparing food at 6pm on Saturday (Dinner at 7), perhaps we can do open house at from 3-5pm. This give time to float from 1130-3pm, and allows open house to finish before horse shoes. It also gives people enough time to prep dinner. Also everyone is planning a potluck on Friday as well, so at 6 pm we should bring our dinner and table service to the place where the movie is I suppose.

I like the buttons Steve. Nice idea. The logo is cool. I recommend you add either a big lone star or the Texas silhouette. It is a requirement to have one or the other I believe.

We'll be bringing potato salad on Friday and little smokies on Saturday.

Put us down for three T-shirts 1 XL and two mediums.

I'd also like two of the buttons.

Alright,

I just got a phone call from Lynn Richard in Scranton, Arkansas. He originally thought that our rally was the HTCU WBCCI event being held in Dublin. That rally happens to be the following weekend so they are making a long trip. He just installed one axis axle today and will install the other tomorrow. He really doesn't post on here, but wanted to let us know he was coming in on Saturday, and leaving Tuesday on his was to the HTCU rally. He is looking forward to talking to people who have worked on their trailers to get some pointers.

Steve, we are confirmed for Monday departure, so some left overs for supper may be great. I'll look hard at the menu and see what I contribute for Saturday dinner. Right now, I can barely see straight. I did stop by the trailer today and found that I am still leaking, pretty badly in a few spots. Maybe we can do the leak test demo for all the fine folks Sunday morning.

Just heard from the merchandise ladies, and will have final rally button design, and a couple of T-shirt designs to choose from.

As far as the shirts go, you all have the moth load to pick from. Here are the shirts we can get. Once You know the actual size you want, I will request that you email me so I have it in final writing what you want. I will post the different designs later so everyone can pick what they like.

All of these are from Anvil, and are 100% preshrunk cotton.

6.1 oz Men's Standard T-shirt
6.1 oz Sleeveless T-shirt
6.1 oz Women's Standard T-shirt
4.2 oz Women's Bella T-shirt
5.8 oz Women's tank top
6.1 oz Youth crew neck T (YCT)
5.8 oz Girl's crew neck T (Chris...these are screaming your girl's names)

We also have a plethora of colors available. The crew neck t-shirts have the most variety, but there are a good amount in all colors. Shirts are priced depending on what style you like. The Bella women's tops are tres chic, and are a little more. The graphics have a clear background, and you won't see an outline. Pics coming soon.

Hi Steve,

I did a double take at this post. Dublin, Arkansas is 4 miles from Scranton, Arkansas. My hometown of Paris, AR is 15 miles from Scranton, so I know that area well. After further consideration, I decided that that was not the Dublin you meant.

I've been following this thread with great interest, wish I could make it. I lived several years only a few miles from San Marcos. I bought my Trade Wind in San Marcos very near the rally location.

A good friend of mine, sams on the forums (new guy), just brought a new 23 foot FB home to Austin. I've been encouraging him to attend. I'll keep working on him.

Have fun everyone!

Hey Vaughn..long time. The Dublin rally is in Dublin, TX at Dr. Pepper, and not in Arkansas

Tell Sams to join us. Several people are attending for their first time. I remember my first rally...in fact I think you were there!

As promised, here are the two designs. The round one will be the magnet, but will also be offered as a T-shirt. Per Top's request, we added the state and the star.

Steve,

That would be rude. Don't make them move. Make them get Airstreams.
