Keith, Barbara & Oakley (our new 1 1/2 yo Golden Retriever!) will be in 136 from about 12/27 thru 1/7. I am getting Invalid Redirect URL errors when I try to submit the RSVP form.

How I can’t figure out how to register. Can you put Pat and Laurie Jones down for Site 130 coming in on the 27th. Thanks!

Unfortunately the organizers can't register you by entering you on the RSVP page as the system doesn't give us access to your page. You'll have to do it yourself. Here are the instructions:

Click on the link to the Canopener 2019 RSVP Page -- Canopener 2019 RSVP Page - Rally Registration

Scroll to the bottom of the page.

Click on the "Yes" button to indicate you are attending the rally.

In the comments box, type in your site number and the first names of the people on the site. Also provide your expected arrival and departure dates.

Click the "Submit" button below the comments box.

Check to make sure your reservation is recorded by looking at the list of RSVP's. They are listed in alphabetical order by Airforums name.

Canopener 2019 Map Update 1-27-2018

Last Map update for today. 24 registrations with the rally recorded on the RSVP page. All in the 103 Loop. Has the construction activity scared people out of the other loop?

Canopener 2019 Map Sites 100-168

If you have a campsite reservation and haven't yet registered for the rally to to the link below for the official rally RSVP page. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the button to indicate you are attending the rally. In the comments box provide your site number, the names of the people inhabiting your Airstream or other RV, and let us know the dates of your arrival and departure. Then click the "submit" button. Your campground reservation doesn't register you for the rally. You must RSVP to register for the rally.

Canopener 2019 Map Updates 1/29/2018

I've updated the maps to show rally registrations posted through 7:00 am this morning. Both loops are showing activity and the campsite reservation service shows more sites with reservations than our RSVP page. We have 35 official sign ups to the rally as of this morning. Links to maps and the RSVP page appear below:

Canopener 2019 Map -- Sites 1-99

Canopener 2019 Map -- Sites 100-168

If you have a campsite reservation and haven't registered for the rally, please do so at the rally RSVP page (link below). Registering for the rally makes you eligible for door prizes and gets your trailer and location on the map.

Canopener 2019 RSVP - Rally Registration

To register, once you land on the RSVP page using the link above, do the following
1) Scroll to the bottom of the page.
2) Click the "Yes" button to indicate you are coming
3) In the comments box enter your site number, the first names of the people in your Airstream, your arrival/departure dates, and any other messages you have for the organizers and your fellow Canopener attendees
4) Click the "submit" button. This is important!
5) If your plans change later, return to the RSVP site and note your change in status.

Thanks for your help.

I'll be making my reservation tomorrow, the earliest date that I can based on my projected arrival date. I'm hoping to reserve Site 122 if no one snatches it out from under me. My first choice, Site 154, is unfortunately already taken. If someone grabs Site 122, I'll try for one of the other pull-through sites since I'll be pulling a toad.

Karen and Billy just booked site 80. Instead of lying about my check in date; I extended my check-in date to one day earlier. Eight days of vacation instead of seven! Maybe one year we will stay two weeks.
Love to all

Canopener Map Update 1/29/2018

Forty-one total registrations for the rally on the RSVP page tonight at 6:00 pm. Maps have been updated (links below) to reflect actual rally reservations on the RSVP page, not reservations reported on this thread or the Canopener 2019 Facebook page. Signing up on the RSVP page makes you eligible for door prizes and gets your Airstream on the map so your friends can locate you.

Canopener 2019 Map - Sites 1-99

Canopener 2019 Map - Sites 100-168

Once you reserve a site, please register with the rally by going to the RSVP page (link below). Once on the RSVP page:
1) Scroll to the bottom of the page.
2) Indicate you are attending the rally by clicking on the "yes" button
3) In the comments box provide your site number, the names of the people on the site, and your arrival/departure dates.
4) Click the "submit" button. This is critical!
5) If your plans change later, please go back to the RSVP page and make the revisions noting your plan change.
