Bringing - and I appreciate someone adding to the overall lists.
Thursday - Chili Cook Off - pickled jalapenos (home grown and put up); Saturday - something desserty; Sunday brunch - Juice of some sort (hats off to Sky - I'll also be bringing a hangover!). We've changed our AirForums name to Silver Fern, aka mcdowellc -- Carl and Nancy McDowell

My husbands work uses a site called accuweather that over the last year has proven to be, well, pretty accurate. :-). It indicates Thurs-Sat with the high as mid 50's and sunny, low as low to mid 40's. Sunday as similar temps but overcast with occasional rain. Keeping my fingers crossed for sunny weather.

Please keep up with your folding tables...
Last year I didn't, and the park owns about 8 identical to mine.
I didn't want to take it up as soon as we finished eating because others were still sitting there eating- and then I forgot and went to bed. I didn't think about it until the next day when we were getting ready to leave. It had been stacked in the clubhouse with all of the park owned tables. I took the one I think was ours. I couldn't just leave it because the kids bought it for my wife for Christmas one year.

Thanks for the reminder. Just rechecked the list and we had not included our names. Corrections made.

And here I thought I was going to be one of the early arrivals, with an arrival date of January 7th! I've still got three weeks before I hit the road.

Mark your gear!

Good reminder.
Please ensure you mark your tables (maybe on the bottom?) with name and phone number just in case. Things do have a way of getting rearranged!

Hello all,

Sadly I have had some unexpected surgery, and me and family can not make it this year. If anyone wants my spot IM me so we can set up a time to get my spot.

Bummer. Beware of MRSA (trust me, I know first-hand about post-surgical MRSA infections)!

Family obligations will keep Alice and I from attending this year. I know everyone will have a great time. What a spectacular event Canopener has become! Hope to see many of you in Sarasota. We're going to release site 114 at 6:00 pm eastern on Sunday, the 28th. May the bandwidth be with you.

Things pop up which change our best laid plans, sorry we will miss you.
Appreciate the heads up for anyone else wanting to attend.

Reminder for folks that need to cancel: please remember to remove your name from the RSVP page when you cancel. See post #593 if you need the link. That will help the organizers greatly.

Hello!

Newbie here, just posted in the Member Introduction section. My husband and I don't own an Airstream yet, but can we attend this rally?

I saw that we could rent a cabin at the campground. We would love to start meeting people and learn what the AS life is all about.

Thanks!
Joanne
