We have gift wrapping paper that we will lay down to cover our rugs. We will be ready for the "lookers".

My first Airstream rally was great. The Canopener 2014 here at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park ends with Breakfast tomorrow. However Phyllis and I have decided to stay here for two more days. We want to spend some time at the nearby nude beach.

Yeah, and Wes was the only one I saw without a margarita in the free hand. That just ain't right.

Glad you all had a great time despite the inclement weather. At least it is ending on a bright note. Sorry we had to miss it as John has been down with the flu. We will try again next year. I wish a safe journey home to all.

Had a great time meeting new friends at the Canopener. A huge thank you to all the guys that rallied to our rescue with our dead batteries (twice) and to Sal for running Ron to WalMart to buy new ones so we could get on the road. We hope to see many of you in our beautiful city of Sarasota next month at AlumaFlamingo!!

Great weekend getaway - we got home just fine - backing into a wet yard to my spot proved annoying and more damaging to the yard than I hoped - oh well
Wish we could have stayed today in that nice weather
Hentom - I went to beach and saw no necked folks - false advertising!!
Nice meeting you all - sorry we missed some of the activities - very small kids go to sleep at 7 then we are limited to chill at our trailer
If a couple of y'all saw me seemingly backtracking today it was only temporary - gassed up in a weird spot and found myself having to go backwards through that construction zone and had 15 min ordeal backtracking to turn around - live and learn I guess

Safe and sound - just backed (in the dark) into our new home for two weeks at Oscar Scherer SP.
Thanks to Russ and Linda for (another) FABULOUS event. I know it is a LOT of work, but your efforts are much appreciated!!!
Great photos - keep'm coming!

Back to Reality (for now)
Drove through a glorious sunset on the way home.
Thus ends another great Canopener, even with the soggy beginning. Looking forward to other get-togethers and rallies as our schedule will allow. For all those that couldn't make it this year, here are some actual comments and statements that were heard while huddled under a damp awning, standing around a warm fire, or while dragging around the beverage wagon: (you had to be there to understand)
- You're a grown man, what were you thinking?
- My wife is tossing somewhere
- It keeps bouncing around the hole
- I've got his balls
- At least it's not a ten year old girl this time
- We need to get you out of your pajamas
- Get an Airstream you two!
- This is another man I don't sleep with
- I never met a man that couldn't kick my ass
- Don't stand too close, I don't know how much bigger this thing gets
- I need the sexy bags
- Has anyone seen my wife?
- We sold it! Did you make any money? No, but we made new friends.
- Are we in trouble? ....................Nope (Answer from Ranger)
- When are you people going to leave?
Thank you all for another wonderful time.
See you down the road!
Jeff & Cindy

Another great Canopener! Our thanks to all who organized, hosted, provided food, volunteered, etc. And, many thanks to Foley RV for all the gifts - especially the Kindle Fire (which I am going to really enjoy!). We Damn Yankees managed to sneak in on that one...
Looking forward to next year.
Safe travels to all.

The nine of us are almost home. We had a great weekend and the kids are already asking of we can go again next year. So far we haven't hit any deer this trip, so it beats last year's CanOpener hands down!
