Here is what the job would entail: At 2:00 PM on Saturday, we would meet at the Clubhouse to move tables (about 10) to the site of the potluck on Wild Oak Lane. While at the Clubhouse, we would re-arrange the chairs in the Clubhouse to accommodate the evening festivities. The set-up for the potluck on Wild Oak Lane would include putting up Easy-up canopies, arranging tables, and running extension cords and installing lighting. After the dinner (about 6:00 PM) we would knock down the canopies, return the tables back to the Clubhouse and perform general cleanup of the area. This won't be a big deal if we have several folks volunteer to assist. So if you would not mind pitching in, drop me a line via PM or add your name to the sign up list below. I really would appreciate anyone bringing additional Easy-up canopies, tables, extension cords, or any lights you might have available. We'll really need the canopies if we have inclement weather like last year. And we need a truck or two to transport the tables. Looking forward to seeing you all. Tom Volunteer sign up list: 1. Tom

I'll bring some plastic table covers and tape to secure them. That way clean- up will be easier - no need to wipe tables down. I'm sure Brad will volunteer to help with tables , set- up and bring a canopy. He's outside raking leaves right now- it's going to take him awhile

Another Rally

While getting ready for the beginning of the 2014 camping season at Canopener, you might enjoy seeing how they conduct an Airstream rally in Europe:

I have a pop up if it is of help? I'll bring it and have it a available as needed - if so I'll copy/paste it to the list
