Blowout delay but on the road again. Eta about 3 hours. Annette is cracking jokes about a blowout can opener.

Electrical problem

We may have to make a run to Foley's before coming to Top Sail. Recently had an electrician install a 30 amp camper plug to the side of the house. When we plugged in the camper...POP...blew the main breaker in the AS. If we still have trouble after replacing the breaker don't know what else to do except drive west to Foley's then east to Destin. Will kill a lot of time, but got to have things working when we get to the Canopener!

Oh goodness ... Everyone is out of control and we ALL haven't even arrived yet. But that's how I roll (out of control) so we will all get along just fine. SAFE TRAVELS TO ALL!!!

May be delayed getting to Topsail

Just had a retired electrician friend of my brother's look at our set up. After checking out the plug and looking at the electrical panel in the house, he said it was wired as 220 and not 110. Fried the main breaker in the AS. Hope it didn't fry the inverter, too. If so, we may be delayed or not make it at all!

Saw two airstreams heading west on state road 66 in Sebring this afternoon. Wondered if it was somebody heading to the can opener or just to high.ands hammock state park. One was a triple axle the other a double axle. If I was closer to the road in would have waved!

Been there, done that (or rather had it done to me). Good luck!

Thanks! Hoping for the best. Hubby's not here to answer my dumb questions. Can the camper be used if the inverter is not operable. I sure don't want to miss the rally.

Need help!

Maybe Mark Foley could pull some strings for us and get our inverter replaced quickly on Wednesday morning.
