Ok...I wont lock the thread early.
I think if I remember correctly that before we have the potluck Minnies Mate was going to have a cocktail party.If this is still in the works we can do the raffle there again also.They will be in site #122 which is a large site.I will be heading that way here this week so I will stop by and check out a new spot to have the potluck in and I think it will be near them on the other side if possible.
I hope everyone will come down again and it seems from the look of it that a lot of the area is already filling up fast and probably was filled for a while now.I think using the whole park will be good to so others can come and party with us.So if the park is filled up in the square area there are a lot of other great spots on the outside of it.the shoe horse loop is a great spot to be also.A few people I had talked to in the past did not know there were more spot to be taken outside of the square area.
Well...Here are some starters for you all.All you have to do is copy and paste and then add your own into it.Thanks everyone.

I wont be making any maps this year also.To many people and it can get confusing so I will just be doing name badges.

besides ALL of the sites are pretty darn good.
there were a couple that had broken sections in the cement slabs, and those have been dug up and re-poured.
and the campground maps and pix and stories ABOUT the rally and so on, so the pix aren't current nemore...
perhaps someone wants to repost the maps and campground flyer and so on from last year.
everyone can look back and actually FIND stuff in the c.o.r. threads.
see the great thing about closing these threads once the rally is IN the can...
is that they don't go on for 8-10 MONTHS after the rally, like the meeeshegan rally threads do.
once folks start posting polishing tips or axle specs or pix of their hip replacements....
it's way past time to put the LID back on the can for another year!

If anyone just booked 115 can I have it? Yeah I'm begging here on bended knee. 
Anyway I just booked 116 for me or Brad and when I went to book 115 it said it was reserved, but I am hoping it is my 15 minutes of keeping it off the list since they were both open when I started and since it is reserved for my same 6 days????
So we are coming. Well one of us is, lol.
Yes 2Air I read through pages and pages of rallies and then gave up and finally found it on goggle.
And Steve thanks for the link I was busy reserving and hadn't seen your post yet.
Yup snow or sun, what would we like, that's a no-brainer...we are definitely hooked on the Can Openers!!!! The food, the fun, the people and the park ...all primo indeed.

Good to see the thread started. We missed it last year since we had a bundle of joy on the way and now we can bring her along with our four legged travelers to the 09 canopener.Our litle girl is now almost 7 months and has made two trips so far in the A/S . We have site 137 reserved . Can`t wait to see ya`ll again.

Take this very seriously, the boy mentioned in the video is ok he was featured in a local piece eating with his family and was in great spirits, he did lose his arm. Be very cautious as to where you walk your dogs also.

Do you think that trail that goes behind the campsites and the trail towards the beach are dangerous?  What is proper caution and due diligence? I don't want our dogs to be casualties or me either.
