I am almost done with the names and site#'s.I have all but a few name badges missing and I can make them on the spot so dont worry.I will also have the map and a list of everyones forum names on some paper so you can find out who is who much easier. It was a bit more confusing this year because of all the site changes but not a problem to do.I hope I have everything right and if not,I can fix it.
Well...See all of you tomorrow and have a safe drive over.

-------------------- I'm coming south on I-95. Mapquest advises going all the way to eastern FL, then taking I-10 accross to Destin, but I'm considering cutting the corner at Savannah and catching 84 to 319 to I-10 in Talahassee. Aerial image looks to be mostly 4 lane and will save 50-60 miles. Input anyone? ---------------------
Hi, that is just what I did today and it is probably a toss-up either way. I came down 95 and turned at Savanah. Hwy 84 is nice, just about all 4-lane but lots of small towns at 35 ~45 mph and they all seem to have 1 stop light. It is shorter, but I think I would have been just as well off to go to Brunswick and turn off there. I would estimate it took an hour extra to come on 84, but again it saved 50~60 miles.
Either was I think you are fine. We are at the KOA in Valdosta, GA tonite (site #84) if anybody else is around. Only saw one other Airstream so far on the way here from MD and that one was a twin axle headed north on I-95 just above Savanah. I was expecting bumper-to-bumper Airstreams on the road with as many people as there are headed for Topsail.
Also, supposed to be 19 degrees here tonite in Valdosta KOA so will have the furnace running... The lady here said warmer tomorrow nite though... Attached pic is 20 minutes ago here at site 84 (Valdosta KOA - nice place)
regards, Dave

We will be arriving late Friday night. Can't wait to see everyone and join the party! See you all soon!
we're at Tops, here from Ft. Lauderdale. We didn't know they made it so cold in Fl! Guess we needed to see if our furnace works - thank Goodness it does :-)
We came here early hoping to explore new beaches and lay of the land but too cold to do much. We've met two Streamers very nice and real helpful. Tops is pretty with wooded lots. No WiFi here which is bummer for us working folks.
Looking forward to meeting the rally folks. C'mon down - and bring some warm air with you, or at least hot toddies.
Judy
We live about 3 miles from Tops'l. We're coming with our AS on Friday. If you need to get on broadband inernet, you're welcome to come over to the house and use ours. Call me on my cell, 850-830-9444, or seven numbers on a local landline.
