Thumbs up Pot luck

I know Jim Clark does a chicken jambalaya, no sea food, I've been using his recipe so , this time around, I think I will try to do a seafood jambalaya. It will not have a track record so watch out .

I had prostate surgery 11-27 and I'm amazed at how well the recovery has gone. I under went the Devinci minimum invasive surgery and what I had been told and studied is right on. PM me if you face this dilemma and want some consul.

Wine tasting has been a great success at several rallies so if you have a favorite and wish to share, let's set up a table at the pot luck. There is no bad wine, well some come close, only some are better than others. Lets show the beer drinkers there is an alternative.

You new comers are in for a special treat These folks are masters at layed back - no stress - enjoy it as it happens But it's up to you to get out - say hello - be involved

The best holidays to all of you who read this - Topsail, what a way to start a new year

Glad you are doing good. Seafood Jambalaya sure sounds good. Seafood Gumbo is also good if the weather is cool or cold.

We like to experience regional wines when we travel. So everyone can sample our Missouri region, we'll bring some of our Missouri Norton, one bottle for the raffle and another for the wine tasting. ~G

Whine - wine - etc

Regional wines hold really good surprises - Up state New York might produce some of the best whites in the world but they sell out prior to production. I don't think there is one state that doesn't produce a good wine. This is better than Victoria's secrets. I hope, we hope you can share some of the best from your region.
