And all these years I thought the only reason they made Coke was so that you had something to mix with Jack Daniels!! Some how, Jack and Pepsi just doesn't sound right!

We're off to Topsail tomorrow evening, for two nights. I need to check it out before the first week of January......not to mention that we have only spent three nights thus far in our new Safari. We're in site #115 this weekend, and it appears that we're going to have great weather!

Even up "north" here in mid-Mo, I grew up calling everything softdrink-ish a Coke. We've got lots of deep South this far north. And Chief, lucky you! We have freezing rain to look forward to in the morning. Enjoy a walk on the beach for us. It seems a long wait for the Can Opener from this last day of November.~G

Out west (not counting CA) don't ask for ketchup for your fries. You get asked if you want fry sauce.

that's a great map! i love it....

i've always considered that pop/soda thing as happening right where the map suggests.

and have always been able to tell the st louie folks by that term.
