Long long time ago in another place and Christmas time...Metro Detroit was having their Christmas in July rally. Seems Rudy the red-nosed flamingo and leader of Santa's sleigh was kidnapped in the wee hours and the tag team johnny on the spot left their libations and fireside seating to hotly pursue the escounders through trail and bush until apprehending the culprits and bringing them to justice (the campground hosts, in this case.) You still have time.come on over and have some fun with us all.There is more room than just this area and a lot of sites still open in the front of the park.It is not as long as a walk as some would think.It just looks like it on the map.

the park is FULL hookups, so you will not need the genset...

actually i don't think the use of generators is permitted in the park.

same with the fire ring, ya won't be able to use it.

they do allow raised fire things, the ones that don't scorch the ground/grass.

the concrete pads are among the most level/flat i've ever seen, so don't carry too many boards.

don't forget the umbilicals (water hose, 30 amp cord, stinky slinky) ...

and the patio/party lights!

Did I forget the beer? I'll have to get me a raised fire pit cux I need a fire to sit beside whilst I drink an adult beverage and smoke a fine cigar. Anything else?

I'll be driving (not towing) thru on way back from first disney trip (w/8 yr.old) and may stop by to see vintage etc...
