We signed up this morning, I think June has us on site #126 from the 30th to the 3rd, and site #127 for the rally. We'll be there if I don't get called in for work,as happened for the last Springstream. We're looking forward to finally meeting everyone.

For Breakfast though. The last can opener I slept like a rock and slept through it all.I think they all started around 7:30 A.M.
If everyone agrees to a time,I will post it with the potluck and breakfast post and add it to it so everyone will know what time to come over to the site.
I may just end up sleeping through that one to though.

I don't know, 4:00 PM seems like it might dip into my happy hour! I understand about time and sun set and everything, though.

BTW, I'm in on the contribution for the communal site.

It got dark before we started to eat last year.
The fire place was very handy and looked nice too.

Loose Living

As far as planning...its a good idea, but life gets in the way.
This was my idea of a photo tour of campsites Saturday,
"I'll be back in about a hour"...I should have packed a lunch!

This is what really happens!

Whoo Hoo! So glad you all can come! And neighbors again too. Well, pretty close. I sure hope work doesn't get in the way.

I will chip in for the shared site; just let me know what my share is. I just need to know the time of the Potluck , I will start cooking the Jambalaya on hour before and will cook the Jambalaya at the potluck site.

I wonder if we'll have any Cajun music players in our gathering? Or some good music collections? Wouldn't it be fun to have some banjo, fiddle, and accordion in the background to set the stage for jambalaya, gumbo, keylime pie, and all the other southern recipes we'll be enjoying? ~G

Rivet Payment for pot luck space

I suggest if you attend, it's a automatic charge of say $5.00 and you put it in the designated coffee can on the pot luck table. Honor system. Any extra can be used at Topsail 2009 or raffled off. No pennys please. Or you could donate when you pick up your badge

Thumbs up Atta Boy Devo

If you had any question as to the huge success of Topsail 2007, this terrific response to Topsail 2008 should bolster your spirits. May I thank you for last year and this years efforts.

It is a lot of work and I'm pleased to see you are willing to let us share the load. You just tell us what you need and we'll come up with a solution. You guys need to kick back a little and enjoy this event!!
