What does everyone think about starting to set up at about 4:00 P.M..I know this seems a bit early but it gets dark here at about 4:30 P.M in the winter..This will give us time to setup and be ready to grub down on the all the great meals.
For Breakfast though. The last can opener I slept like a rock and slept through it all.I think they all started around 7:30 A.M.
If everyone agrees to a time,I will post it with the potluck and breakfast post and add it to it so everyone will know what time to come over to the site.
I may just end up sleeping through that one to though.

Sorry about the time thing but last time I remember people telling me about maybe it should have been done earlier.I am just trying to get this one out of the way and post it up.That is why I asked everyone what they thought. It is not a problem with me as to what time everything starts. Not to be rude to anyone but I just dont really want to be told this again.I am just trying to make it simple for everyone.I am not trying to make rules.
Devoman,
That post was mostly in gest. I realize we need a little organization. a little organization is all I think we enjoyed last time. Too many and it starts to look like some other not so fun rally.
Those time frames give me a good time to shoot for at dinner.

I love the fact that this is organized and I have an idea of where I am supposed to be, and when. Not like the other not so fun or organized rally I went to. As a newbie, it is a relief to have some idea of what is going on. You guys are doing a great job!

All right, all right, AT EASE! This thread has gotten way out of hand! Y'all have posted so many responses here in just a couple of days I can't keep up! Once I get a chance to read all the posts, and figure out where everybody is, I'll make some reservations and let y'all know which camp site we're gonna be in. We're not missin' this one!

Dinner START TIME - When I start stuffing my plate with all the goodies....
Breakfast START TIME - When I start stuffing my plate with all the goodies....
Need more accurate start times - show up late with your food - I can wait.....
We are leaving mid-day tomorrow for Santa Fe for 9 nights. This is our first trip lasting more than 4 nights so it should be fun and interesting. Have fun with this thread and increase the confirmations to at least 30 by 09/09. I'm feeling the need for sand in my aluminum.

PS: I like the caravan idea and hope a few of us can pull it off
