WaWhat!

I grew up in Sylmar and the Mission City of San Fernando.

Were we growing up together but not together?

Or were you one of them Granada Hills kids?

are we supposed to bring wood?

or

will wood be supplied?

or

is it not "green" to burn your wood?

Fire Wood

Hey Kev, if its not green to burn wood, I seem to recall your WOOD pile picture of I'm guessing 50 cords or better, perhaps you could hook up a trailer behind your trailer and bring some. I've got three portable fire pits that I could bring. Look forward to seeing the professional greeter again. Just kidding but Vail is very proud of their wood.

Hey guys,

I was just making the committment for Vail and I noticed that some have not made their reservations even though on the thread page, Str8strm shows reserved spaces. But, when I went to Vail website it shows them available!

Now, what do I do, get one that's further out or take one that's still available?
I don't want to piss anyone off.

Rick,

the best thing is to call Vail's lake and tell them you are with the Cal Streamer Airstream group, they have reservation information on records as to who's in which space. That way, you won't double book the space, at least that's what we did. Make sure you are at the Chardonney Site.

Let us know where you'll be.

Ok, John.

You were right. There were two of us on the same spot. It appears that the "on Line" registration does not immediately update (or the humans don't).

I called "Vail" and sure enough Kip was already in #76.

So, Here's how it's now laid out!

slowolf - Jan and Steve, Ben and Moose (dogs) in #70
str8strm- Ron and Deb, Milos and Lucy (dogs), Mickey (cat) in #71-Thursday
TIMEMACHINE - Cat and John, TT (cat) in #72

GlennG - Glenn, Nancy, Sweetheart the (dog) #75
Excella 3287 - Kip & Monica = #76
Safari-Rick and Suni - #77

Bam - w/Ed (dog) still weighing options (looking for lucrative free agent deal)
tincrew - Jim and Leslie ??
GoinCampin' - Karen and Milo, DeeOhGe (dog) (smells like something else) ???
