It has occured to me that since Ron has volunteered Deb. (I wonder if she knows yet?) That a sensible person would let someone with an idea and a plan lead the way.

I vote for whatever lake Ron wants to go to.

I also think we should Rally more than every three monthes.

I actually enjoyed 29 Palms.

*ducks... so I won't be pelted by a corn bag*

Joshua Tree Nat'l. Park was great and what's a little frozen hose between friends.

Death Valley?

Ok, let's try it again.

Here's a campsite at Indian Oaks Trailer Ranch in Temecula.

29 Palms was fun especially when the guys got us into the "Fiesta Room" for the potluck. It was wonderfull to be warm.

January is bad month for me. Travelling and Trade Shows.

However, you should check into Tucalota Springs RV Resort also. I stayed there a couple of times, and it was a nice experience. They have a pool, and a fishing pond, plus hay rides in the afternoon.
One of their group sites is huge, no hookups, and has a big oak in the center of it. You could circle quite a few trailers around it.
Their regular sites all have 4-point hookups, and are spacious.
The campground is close to the Temecula wine country, on a back road that goes to Hemet to the east, and to hwy 79 to the South.

Vail lake information

I spoke with Vera (866 824-5525) and the space/area we stayed in is available. We are arriving Thursday January 17th ($45) and staying to Monday the 21st (Friday, Sat and Sun are $55/night). They take a credit card for the first night and cancellation policy is a $20 fee if cancelled prior to 48 hours. We are in space 71 ---(chardonnay mesa) which is where Rons pic was taken from. Spaces 66-76 are on the same level and there is a grassy common area up at the end of the culdesac. I am volunteering Ron to set up the rally thread. Deb
